First time for me at this place as I am following Dr. Shapiro wherever he practices. He is the best , been under his care for more than 15 years. The ladies who assisted me with the check in and payment options has excellent customer service . Maria , who assisted Dr. Shapiro with my procedure also has excellent customer service . It was a hard pull, however, the dentist and his assistant were amazing in keeping me as comfortable as possible.
No meds, just Ice packs for 3 days to ease the pain.
