Everyone who gave this practice a 3+ start is either lucky or a straight paid liar.
In short, I am almost 100% sure I got a pink eye infection from this place.
I tried with first time visit, x ray, teeth cleaning, and general checkup. Dentist hinted deep cleaning, and later prescribed laser treatment. I never had one, and truly regretted not Google it up before I signed my $200 away to this place. The front desk girl explained to me that the laser is going to remove the gum so the new gum tissue can grow back which turned out to be 100% BS. The teeth clean was below average and splashed water all over my face and heck. The protective Goggle was filthy to say the least. There were multiple times mist got into my eyes and I did remember it clearly. Towards the end of the cleaning, the hygienist put out a tiny box with a little light stick and used it to shine my teeth, that's what they call laser treatment. The total laser treatment time is about 2-3 mins.
Now on to the pink eye.
I woke up the day after the dental visit with a swollen left eye, painful to open my eyes. I came back from the urgent care with eye drop antibiotics. My left eye is still in pain.
This is just my experience with this dental practice, feel free to try your luck there.

Went in for a teeth cleaning and all went well. Definitely need to do more on my end. But I can honestly say I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time. And yes, this is meant in a good way! Everybody from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist are all good people. Very personable. Communicate very well. No issues and very flexible with scheduling which is great considering how crazy my schedule is. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing first time experience as a new pt with Dr. Jeremy Chen. I came in for a tooth problem and a cleaning. He was very kind and informative about everything and it was a breeze! Front desk was wonderful and straight forward with insurance and assured that my dental inquiries would be answered. The dental assistant and dental hygienist were wonderful, professional, and I even learned things about my teeth and gum health I never knew! I definitely am a returning pt for Dr. Chen and his staff!

Do not go here. They will harass you to confirm your appointment or they cancel you. They start calling to confirm 2 days after you make the appointment . They will also misquote you. They over charged me once and had to refund me. They blamed it on the wrong rate being in their system. News flash when a person makes an appointment that’s them confirming when you tell them the day and time and they say yes. Just because you may be losing out on money because some people don’t show up doesn’t mean harass people by calls and texts. People work. I already took time out of the work day to even make the appointment. We take more time out from work to come to the damn appointment. You ain’t paying me to do anything beyond that. I have work, school, finals this week, and in the ER.

I enjoyed my dental appointment, it was quick and professional. They verified my insurance and gave me my treatment breakdown with options that made me comfortable. They also included a teeth whitening that I am scheduled for this Friday and will post results. The hygienist was very skilled and did my deep cleaning without pain? My teeth felt super clean because of the great job they did. The Dentist was also kind and to the point. I was explained why I needed treatment and what was needed. The office was clean and comfortable. The assistant was quick with my x-rays and was reassuring if he saw I was in pain, he was also very welcoming. I am horrible with names, reason why I didn’t mention names but everyone did their part to give me great care. I am excited for my next appointment!

Staff are all friendly and professional. Facility is spotless. I was able to get an appointment within 72 hours to have a crown re-cemented. The service I received was “top-tier”. If you need a great dentist, this is the place.

Dr Jeremy Chen saw me the other day. I came in for a chipped tooth and he offered a few options along with his recommendation. I was very pleased with how things were explained as well as the friendly welcoming treatment by the staff and doctor. Would recommend this dental practice.
