This visit changed the fear that I had had for years, each visit to the dentist was a challenge, but this time I want to thank this group of professionals because from reception to departure my experience was exceptional.
Doctor Basem told me about how the procedure was going to be, although I was still nervous because I knew what it was about, he is very gentle with excellent care, along with his assistant and I can summarize that after different visits to other dentists, this has been the best experience,

The staff are nice. Environment is good. But I think they do something weird with the billing and insurance claim…. Very sketchy… make sure to check your claim history from the insurance company and understand what has been filed since this will impact your future insurance coverage.

This is by far the best dentist I've ever had! I had A LOT of my teeth extracted and I didn't feel a thing. I got full dentures and they look wonderful ... I get compliments everyday on how great (and natural) my teeth look. I
absolutely love them! Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional, I've never felt so comfortable with any dentist in my whole life. He's been the most professional and kindest dentist... and I used to be a dental assistant! I just stop by to say hi I love these guys!

I have been visiting OC smile dental since 2018 and I would say they are the best team I ever met.
Dr.Basem Airood did my crown and fillings .He was very precise and quick.He really cares about his patients and recommends only the apt treatment.
The front desk receptionist Maddy is very friendly and she works with your schedule to make appointments.
She makes sure to let you know all the coverage and costs for the treatment well in advance.
My husband too did his yearly cleaning and checkup here.
Overall I would recommend this dental office for their outstanding services.

My son and I have been coming here for years. The staff is exceptionally friendly and their customer service is incredible. The dentist always gets our cleanings done quickly and does an amazing job. We are very happy with this office.

We got a referral from  our Orthodontics doctor to go to Dr. Basem Airood at OC Smile Dental, located in The Square Plaza in Irvine.Dr Airood is a very humble doctor, I called on Friday 4/1 because I missed my 3/31 appointment. I think it may be lunch time when I called, and I didn't know if Doctor Airood was the one helping me. I had a feeling, this receptionist sounded very nice, wise and professional. And when I asked his name. "He said this is Dr. Airood". Oh my goodness, I had been talking to Dr. Airood, he didn't rush, he was really helping me to find appointment date. On the next day, we got in, my 2 kids and I went to the office to get a yearly check up, actually I'm going to bring 1 more in the future. What a pleasant experience in the office. Start with the receptionist. I forgot his name. Dr. Airood and team gave excellent service. I'm very happy that Dr. Airood cleaned my gum, the way he did it made me feel safe. He was straight forward if there was a problem or not. Not trying to do other services if you don't need it. Chris was the dental assistant, I usually had lady dentist assistance. So, I feel a little hesitance with male dentist assistance. But this Chris took the job seriously, I was impressed with how he was carefully taking the XRay, and polished my teeth. I am beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place. This is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. Highly ethical, professional, and very kind. Dentistry is about precision, and this is what I get with this doctor. He is very precise in his workmanship, and very attentive to your needs, always making me comfortable when I go there. Clinique is very clean. And staff is professional. Highly recommended.
