During the Christmas break when my dentist was out of town, I needed urgent dental service. Sand Canyon Dental was kind enough to respond to my problem with compassion and great deal of care. I am grateful to Sand Canyon Dental for relieving me of the pain and suffering that allowed me to enjoy the rest of the holidays.

Dr. Najaran is absolutely amazing! She's not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also has the most calming and gentle bedside manner. I've always been anxious about dental appointments, but Dr.Sepideh made me feel completely at ease. The entire staff at her office is friendly and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist.

My wife and I are new patients. We were both treated by Dr. Najaran-Caviar. She was extremely thorough, and provided accurate diagnoses. Her staff, including front office and dental assistants are attentive and competent. Calls are always answered promptly and communications with other dental professionals are well handled.
The office is a little tricky to find at first, off Sand Canyon road, in Irvine, Northeast of and just past Hoag, but once found is easy to get to.

This is one of the worst dental offices in California. Avoid at all cost. There are several reasons you should go anywhere else.
First they ignore your primary reasons for coming in. If you have a crack in your tooth then they will examine that last because now they sell you on everything else before addressing your need. After giving you the run around they will then send you to a referral to do half of the job and then make you come back so they can finish the job and overcharge you and then mess up your tooth 4 times.
I had a temporary mold in my mouth for 6 months because this place couldn't get my tooth correct. And each time they messed up my tooth it costed me. Now it has been over 3 months and I'm getting another bill for God knows what. There is more but I'm done. Go anywhere else

This is the worst ever dental clinic in the world with the worst ever Technical Support and billing - they continue to harass their customers, despite clearly aligning with them at the time of service that they are in insurance network, they fail to start my billing for a few months after the service(pathetically slow) and then come back to me 1 year later - saying that at the time of service they were in network but after a few months they went out of network with insurance( and they had a proud, delayed service because of which they could not get the money when they were in network) - hence the customer is eligible to pay everything - they continue to clog my post with random bills four years ago - shame on their unscrupulous practices!

Edit: the below response which seems to be automated and pasted for every review is another indication that they don't really care about the customers - I have called them multiple times and they have agreed that they should stop harassing me but the bills keep coming and even here after clearly explaining they are still pasting an automated response, I mean if they really care about and read customer feedback they should stop harassing their customers with unfair billing specially when they committed to their customers that the insurance is in network at the time of service!!
