Whether it's Pre-Covid or Post-Covid, Dentistry Bliss runs a top notch practice and I would say one of the best (if not the best) Dental practice in Irvine. Everyone is extremely professional / courteous and downright just good people. Dr. Andy and his entire friendly staff were excellent from beginning to end. I chipped a tooth a few days ago and called Dentistry Bliss for an appointment and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. My appointment was 8:30am and arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. From the minute I walked in to checking in, everything was very smooth and seamless. Front Desk greeted me with a very warm smile and the lobby decor was very clean and inviting and they even provide refreshments like coffee in case the wait is a little longer than expected. Front desk staff was able to check me in very quickly and I was then greeted by a dental assistant that took an x-ray for the chipped tooth. The dental assistant was very professional and extremely polite. I have an EXTREMELY low tolerance for pain and I dread going to the dentist. I think she was able to pick up on that and she tried to make me feel more at ease with light conversation. Very thoughtful of her! Shortly after, Dr. Andy walked in. He made sure I was always comfortable and made sure I was never in any pain. He asked me several times if I was ok and I gave him the thumbs up each time. He explained everything to me and I never once felt like I didn't know what was going to happen. I received a temporary crown today and I will go back in 3 weeks for the permanent crown. I don't think anyone really looks forward to going to the dentist. Most of the time, when I'm on the dentist chair, my hands are clutched tightly near my chest bracing myself for a sharp pain. However, I did not feel any unexpected unusual pain during my entire visit and overall this was probably one of the best dentist visit I've ever had in my 53 years living on this planet. I'm hoping my teeth hold up and I don't have to go to the Dentist office too frequently this year, but if I do, I'm going to Dentistry Bliss and Dr. Andy for all my dental needs.

This dentistry charges for appointments that you never committed to! I would give this place a 0 star if I could! We cancelled our appointments but months later received a statement from this office and they charged us $50 for each of our cancelled appointments! The front desk (Jessica) was so rude and she hanged up on me when I called to ask for more details. This has been the worst experience I've had with any dentistry and I would highly suggest not coming here if you're considering dental visits. I don't know how they bought so many great reviews here but just an alert for everyone else. Hope this helps.

This was my first appointment with this dental office. I am truly impressed by the professional yet completely comfortable atmosphere from all of the staff at Dentistry Bliss. Jenny, the hygienist, was personable and incredibly sweet throughout the experience. And Dr. Dinh was so nice and patiently went over my exam. I will be a client with this office from now on.

This was my first time going to Dentistry Bliss and can I say it was very pleasant. I was seen right away, its very clean, and the dentist and dental hygienist were very nice and informative. The explained everything they were seeing and doing to me. From explaining how they check for gum disease to showing me my x-rays and areas of focus. The best experience I've had at any dentist. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend Dr. Dinh and his staff. They are exceptionally friendly and the quality of service is impeccable. I still come here even after having left the OC area. It's well worth the drive knowing I am in good trustworthy hands. I deeply appreciate and am thankful for a great dentist I can take myself and my family to.

Dr. Dinh and his staff has been treating our family for many years, since we moved to California. Everybody and everything at Dentistry Bliss is very professional; the office is clean, well designed and high technology. The whole staff is there for you to have the best experience you can have. They also educate you every time you visit, and explain every part of your dental work. Even though I had to have many procedures done, nothing ever hurt! My family and I would highly recommend Dentistry Bliss for your dental needs, both for adults and for children.

Dr. Dinh and his staffs are excellent. From the moment walking in and to the last second walking out, him and his staffs make sure we are treated as their own family members. Dr. Dinh and his staffs are very attention to details: they remember everything regarding our medical history and needs from the 1st second we sit in the chair. They treat everyone with respect.
