I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Thatcher and her team are! From the moment we walked in, the care and professionalism have been phenomenal. Dr. Thatcher has a remarkable way with her patients, and her expertise is unmatched. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best orthodontic care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter’s orthodontic needs. Highly recommend!

First, this isn’t run by some corporation. It’s an individual who is invested in everything. Dr. Thatcher is amazing and so is her staff. They do excellent work. They answer the phone when you call. One kid just got braces off (beautiful smile!) and the other is still in the thick of it. Whenever brackets break in between scheduled visits, they work you in. Dr. Thatcher was also a Naval dentist at one time so she is a veteran! She’s so competent and you feel confident in her work. She’s also super friendly. If you forget or miss a payment, they don’t treat you badly!

Dr. Thatcher and team were so kind and easy to talk to. My daughter loved the experience of meeting with Dr. Thatcher. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter actually enjoys her braces due her experience with Dr. Thatcher and team 🙂

I very much appreciate this Office, they are friendly, efficient, and my appointments are always on time, no waiting . It’s a light, bright office with Mountain View’s, and a great Staff. Dr Thatcher is great with Kids and Adults, alike.

I can tell you from my experience that every kind word written here is true and should be taken into account when you are thinking of who to choose as you or your child's orthodontist. She is so kind and does such great work. My daughter loves coming to see her and always feels comfortable with her. As a single mother I was terrified I would not be able to afford to all of the work needed for my daughter but she has worked with me to make sure we can get the work done she needs. She allowed us to make payments I can afford. Also everyone in her office is so friendly, she truly has a great team. Choosing to work with her was by far best choice! I am so grateful to her and her staff for all they have done for me and my daughter!
