I was referred to this office by a trusted friend when I had no insurance and a dental emergency. What a godsend! This office has exceeded my expectations, from the front reception to the doctors. The entire staff, and my dental care has been great. I especially appreciate that their number one goal is to save my teeth whenever possible.

I was sent here by the Loma Linda VA’s community care program for dental work. They fixed a cavity on my k9 but left a gap when I told them about the gap and that it was trapping a lot of food they said there was nothing that could be done and it was caused by the spacer used for the cavity fill. Everything that can be done to straighten teeth and you can’t correct something you guys did. SMH. Then they put a corn on that doesn’t cover the entire tooth and leaves some space at the bottom. Needless to say I told the VA to just send me somewhere in Palm Springs. I don’t mind the drive, I’m just not going back there.

Do not go here they have very bad reviews I was a victim... this dentist office did not numb my mouth before trying to remove my molar he got mad because I refuse to let him take my wisdom tooth that was nothing wrong with it I only had one broken molar and he pulled a piece off my tooth an drop it down my throat I started choking and puking. Then they told me to leave while I was choking . I went to the emergency room and took.xrays I reported them to my insurance. This place has no compassion do not go here ... There's more bad reviews about this dentist office . If I was rich I'd Sue them. !!!!!

Absolutely terrible! The dental assistant literally said “we don’t have time for this, just do it” to the dentist about to drill into my mouth even after I said I was not numb. I already have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist! I jumped up and left immediately and will NEVER step foot in that office again! I can’t wait for my insurance company to call and ask me to give feedback on this place!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars!

We recently seen Dr. Kim. She is patient, thorough and very detailed. I did not feel rushed and she made sure I had no questions about my children’s current status or the procedures that we will encounter in the future. Great customer service and connection. She gave my daughter some toys to play with as she noticed her being restless so that we could continue to talk. My 2yo was nervous. Dr Kim continued to try and make her comfortable, explained processes and said good job. By the end my 2yo was giving high fives. My 9yo has a dental fear but the whole staff here is so nice and calm to make sure she was comfortable. Says “it was good, nothing hurt, they are so nice”.

The office is clean and comfortable. Feels like the staff works as a team, friendly and good communication. Always a children’s movie playing.

Whenever you call they are polite and helpful.

I drive an hour to come to this location for our whole family.

Best dentist that my family and myself have ever been too! They are professional and knowledgeable. Took my 2 sons and myself, the staff were very gentle and comforting. My oldest son has had bad experiences with other dentist, making him terrified of the dentist, but this dentist talked him through every step and took the time to make him comfortable. Now he has no problem going to the dentist. Office is very clean and the staff are amazing. Also making and canceling appointments are easy, and they never give me a bad time for canceling. I had to cancel 2 times in a row and they helped me, no problem. Very happy with this dentistry!

i have a broken tooth and they could have filled it. my appointment was at 2 and i was being told to leave at 2:15 and to reschedule. the filling would have taken 10 minutes but instead rescheduled me more then a week away when im worried my tooth would break more and be un repairable. definitely do not recommend this janky office to anyone who wants good care.

Great visit! I needed an emergency root canal and Dr Baek and his amazing assistant Jasmine were so nice, educational, and worked very well. Jasmine in particular took the time to educate me on what was happening and comforted me while getting the numbing shot which I have a hard time with. I’m very happy I came here and appreciate the respectful way they handled me as a patient.
