They have always done a great job at the Yucca Valley office! I was surprised to see they only had 2 stars. They really have always been great & always remember me when I come in. Always asking how work is & so forth & so on. Always very gentle. Especially with the scraping I’ve told them it makes me cringe really bad so they try to do their best to clean them well with minimal scraping. All the ladies in the office are so sweet!

I paid $80 for a consult. Tried to make an appt for work to be done for an exposed broken tooth, only to be told the next available appt is in 6 months! Why on earth would you even call in a new patient with an exposed broken tooth and expect them to wait 6 months.

AMENDMENT: I called what I believe was the main office number. I explained the situation. I did receive a reimbursement.

I do believe the young lady manning the front office in the 29 office was probably not aware of proper protocol.

My 2 children was seen by the dentist in this clinic and the 2 receptionist are very nice miss Gabby and I forgot to get the name of the other lady who gave water to my son.Miss Evette and miss Ashly are very nice too.And the doctor is very very nice too.All of there employees are very nice.I will recommend this clinic to all my friends and relatives. Thank you so much.If Ican give a 10 stars to this clinic I'm very happy to give more.❤️❤️❤️

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment for an exposed nerve causing me severe pain to the point I can't work or sleep and they just sent me home with no medication and no available appointment until the end of August. EVEN THOUGH ITS A DENTAL EMERGENCY. I've literally had to go to the ER in the last few weeks because of how severe it is and they were very rude and wouldn't help or listen.

Usually ok experience when I come to the yucca valley dental office, but today the lady assisting the dentist was very rude and unwelcoming. I felt like she didn't want to be there and she kept acting like she was annoyed when I was trying to explain what was going on.
