Dr. Harris and his entire staff are terrific. I am beyond petrified of the dentist. It’s taken me a long time to have the courage to go to the dentist. I shared this with the staff and they were all so wonderful and calming. From the first time I called the office to actually going in today, the whole experience was exceptional!! The front desk women are so sweet and helpful. Ashley, the dental assistant , eased my anxiety so much!! THANK YOU!!! Dr. Harris called me the day before because he heard how scared I was. I was blown away on how concerned and caring he is to his patients. In the past, other dentist offices have made me feel pressured or unheard, BUT NOT Dr. Harris’s office. I have to go back to get some work done on my teeth, however, I’m calmer than I was . Dr Harris helped me put together a plan of action that I feel very comfortable with. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE in Dr. Harris’s office!!!!!!!

Very impressed by not only Dr Harris, but the staff as well. Everyone is very pleasent, and accomodating with a fresh approach at business and welcoming new patients. They have what appears to be the latest in equipment. And Mark is very informative and seems to genuinely care about your needs. Very refreshing!

I went in for general cleaning. She was great and very gentle. I don’t like coming to the dentist, it gives me anxiety. However, Dr. Harris office is the only office I trust and doesn’t give me anxiety. The whole front staff is professional and very nice too!

I was referred to Mr Mark Harris, I have a special needs daughter that needed to see a dentist, Mr Harris and his staff went out of the way to try to help us, when Mr Harris saw he could not, he referred another dentist to us, I really appreciate his effort to help us, and the concerned he had towards my daughter needs. From my first appointment as a new patient every effort was made to put me at ease (if that's possible 😉 ) from introducing me to everyone, showing me the layout of the office to finally starting the initial exam. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Dr. Harris did his utmost to make me comfortable. Hopefully optimistic that I may have finally found a dentist I can stick with! (Oops I never posted this review ?)

Fast forward multiple appointments later, I can happily report that Dr. Harris and his entire office staff are the best of the best! The follow up care after procedures makes one feel well taken care of and valued as a patient. I plan on being their patient as long as they’ll have me!

I tried to make an appointment and encountered to most incompetent receptionist I have met.

I was told that I could only make an appointment if I submitted a multi page document containing confidential information via the Internet.

I reluctantly agreed.

Upon downloading the multi page document and spending ten minutes to complete it, the document would not transmit, then disappeared from the screen.

I then called the receptionist and told her of the problem, requesting alternative way to complete the document.

Her reply, “that is the way we do business and if you don’t like it, get another dentist.

That is exactly what I did.

Unless you don’t mind wasting time filling out an on line document. to get an appointment, and then repeating the process, find another dentist.
