This place completely over books itself. Every single appointment I’ve had here for my daughter’s braces has been a multi hour ordeal for the 15 minute appointment where they tighten her braces…. My mom recommended this place then stopped coming herself after being a patient for years because of long wait times. For reference, my most recent appointment (nothing special; literally just tightening braces) time was 2pm. Arrived 15 minutes early at 1:45pm. My daughter was not called back until 2:52, and we did not leave until 3:28. This is not a one-off, this is every single time we come. The actual orthodontist is polite and professional, hit or miss with everyone else. Once one of the dental assistants sort of shout-talked at me very slowly? Lol not sure how to explain but I guess it was the way a very condescending but not bright person would speak to someone with a cognitive impairment…. We’ve only been here like 3-4 times so far and it’s a nightmare each time. Deeply regret signing a contract with this place, and I honestly dread every time we have to come.

The dentist told me that he needed to pull two of my teeth when I have been a patient here for over eight years and having routine x-rays taken on a quarterly basis no one mentioned I had a cavity. Now I need two teeth pulled? No filling. No root canal. Just pull the MFs out.. I don't think so.. went for a second option across the street, an honest dentist that did the root canal. If it's doesn't make sense, get a second option.

Lastly, when I didn't let him have his way, he just released me with no pain meds or antibiotics...

Don't use this place.

Sorry to say this place is no longer hospitality dental ,in all my years of coming here before it was taken over by Riverside dental NEVER DID I HAVE A ISSUE until now,all I see is new staff and different “Dentist “ they pulled a tooth while I felt every moment of it I had to go back because of the smell of infection( they didn’t even give me antibiotics the first time ) fast forward I was thought I paid for the whole treatment out of pocket of front in the beginning so I come back so they can finish the implant and behold they want to charge me almost another $2400 ,I don’t so I took a day off for absolutely nothing and now they’ve lost my business and my families and friends as well I will not come back PATIENTS BEWARE!

I drive an hour each way to go to this dentist/ortho with no regrets. Every interaction I’ve had has been wonderful with everyone who works there. They are also affordable and will work with you on payment options rather than just pushing you off to apply for care credit. I highly recommend them!

Staff is great, Dr. Has good sense of humor. We have been patients with hospitality for 25 years. The staff is caring and the explanations of peocedures is through. Several members of our family and friends are satisfied customers. Great location, easy access plenty of parking. Very accommodating. Thanks for being in business

I looked into this orthodontics office after pricing ground so many places,they had the best price. Not only that ever since the get t”go they have been very professional and mostly helpful. They always have a smile when I go in with my daughter she loves it there they make her feel very comfortable and that’s important for me.

Just came home from the visit and I couldn’t wait to share my wonderful experience as a first time patient, already leaving with my first top set of braces! From the receptionists, to the x-ray technician, dental hygienist and Dr. Nguyen, as well as the manager.. they were all so kind and attentive to all my questions and concerns. I come from the High Desert but after extensive research about this place, it was definitely worth the drive! Thank you so much to the staff!

I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr. Patel, and her entire staff, work so hard to make patients feel comfortable as well as makes sure all dental procedures are done accurately and professionally.
