I love visiting my local Lush store! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The range of products is fantastic, and everything is well-stocked. I usually check products before I buy them to see if they haven’t been used, but today I didn’t. When I got home I found out that someone had left a big fingerprint in my scrub, left me unhappy because I won’t be going to Meadowhall again anytime soon.

Had a beautiful experience on my birthday here! One of the workers called Grace was doing demonstrations of the bath bombs at the front and she talked to us for a while. Excellent customer service and really good knowledge of the products. When she found out it was my birthday she gave me an act of kindness! It was an amazing experience and i would definitely come back again!

We had a Birthday Party at Lush last week for 5, 9 years olds. They were in their element and loved the whole experience. They played games, created a bubble bar and had a little bit of pampering. Abbie and Lewis were brilliant hosts, they were so enthusiastic and kept the kids engaged for the whole time. The party bags were great and the girls went home with lots of products. Thank you 🙂

Me and my son went Christmas shopping to with our Santa hats on spreading the cheer and called in to lush in meadowhall where we was met with a lovely lady called Lucy E.
We was not sure what we wanted but Lucy recommended we have a look and let her know if we found anything as we was not sure what smell to go for.
Once we had an idea we went back to Lucy to which she showed us some gift sets they had a let us choose which we wanted then she got the gift sets for us from start to finish she was amazing and made my visit to the shop a great one.

Heather (christmas temp) you were the perfect staff member and despite not being at the company long you knew all the products inside out, giving the best recommendations and even gave me samples of the things I couldn’t decide on. We had such a friendly chat and you were the loveliest staff member id encountered in Lush for a while, you really are the most wonderfully genuine person. I really hope you go on to follow your dream and become a neonatal nurse as you would do amazing and I hope I bump into you again in the future

Recently visited Lush Meadowhall with my best friend Desire and i genuinely can say i had one of the best or the actual best retail experience i have ever had . The young worker, Zara, was the kindest, sweetest and funniest person i had encountered in a while! She had a welcoming and comforting presence and was able to strike up a conversation that had me and Desire is absolute tears of laughter. She made our day and left us with the biggest smile on our faces. We will definitely be coming back to Lush Meadowhall and we hope to be serviced by her again. We love you Zara and wish you nothing but the best for the future. Keep lighting up the world with that gorgeous smile of yours.

We went into the store and was approached by Sherry/Cherie who really helped us and introduced us to some cool products while also explaining that Lush products will be kind to our skin. This was a massive help to me as I have eczema.
