I had a great experience with this office. The girls are very friendly and helpful. They are very quick and efficient. Loved how I could fill out my information at home and attach x-rays and photos online. Dr. was very nice and professional and answered all my questions.

To start, the surgeon's hands were trembling for the entire duration of the consultation. Due to this, I immediately knew that I wasn't going to continue with them.
However, the real nightmare began when I tried to retrieve my CT scan from the front desk staff. As I live abroad, I asked them to send it to me by email and they stated that that wasn't an option as the file was too large. Understandable. I then asked if they could send it using the Google drive (assuming it wouldn't be an issue as it's 2024 and something as simple as sharing a file is not complicated) and they replied that they would get back to me as they were not very tech savy. I then contact them a few days later and they tell me it's against their 'Policy' and that they could send it out to me that same day by regular mail. I agree. A week goes by and still no CT scan. I call back and THIS is my favorite part. They say they need to add a "fee" of 1.75...and they made sure to use vocabulary to make it sound like they were charging me 1.75 and not $175 dollars. I decided to clarify just before giving them all my info and they say it's a 175 dollar charge. Apparently they don't charge the entire amount for a CT scan UNLESS you want it sent to you. Absolutely crazy.
In closing, there are many other offices in that area. My advice is to try a different office and maybe you'll get lucky and find one with some integrity. As it seems, this office takes advantage of their patients and needs to leave the 1990's and join us in the current year where sending a file online shouldn't be complicated and shouldn't cost $175 dollars. Completed my final visit to the office as I received a authorization from VA Medical Center to get some oral surgery. Staff was very professional and courteous. They team that prepped me for the procedure explained what was the going to happen during the procedure and post surgerycare. Dr. Pulsipher was great as always. I highly recommend the office and staff for any dental work.

I got my wisdom tooth pulled today by Dr. Eckard and his assistant Rosie and they were amazing. Dr was very gentle and they make you feel so comfortable. Will definitely go back if I need any other extractions. They are great!!!

I had the best experience. All the staff either at their Hemet or Murrieta location was so nice and professional. Dr. Pulsipher is by far the best oral surgeon I have met. He knows how to build rapport with his patients, he treated me as if we’ve known each other before even tho we only met once! I had a wonderful time and experience with everyone. A plus for a Doctor who knows how start IV and does it himself. I applaud Dr Pulsipher for taking good care of his patients. I was nervous for my surgery and they made it seem like a breeze. My surgery went well, swollen chipmunk face as expected but nothing major like bleeding. Pain is well controlled as long as you stick to the treatment plan. Thank you! Will definitely recommend to everyone around the area.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The checklist in advanced made my first visit a pleasant event with a very thorough evaluation for my treatment plan. I’m 61 and finally needed to have a wisdom tooth extraction. After my visit with the surgeon I feel confident that my pain will be controlled with minimal disruption to my work schedule.

Very friendly front desk staff. My first visit to this location and due to traffic I was late but they still got me in to my appointment. ? Thanks ladies! I was so glad to see that I had the same Doc at this location that I had at the Hemet location a year ago that was a huge load off my shoulders!! ? Overall the experience was great! I’ll have my procedure really soon and be recovering and off to work in no time. Doc P and the staff here are and the Hemet office are AWESOME!! ?

First time visiting Ranch Oral and it was an amazing experience. The people in the front office were patient and kind. They answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. I was so impressed with Dr. Pulsipher. He understood my medical condition and was able to explain to me from a medical and dental view of what need to be done. He didn’t rush me out of the office and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and my family questions. Great first visit!!!
