Dr. Lokot is a great and caring oral surgeon. Told me on every thing he was going to do and what I could expect during tooth extraction. He even called me at home the evening of the surgery to see how I was doing.
Great front office Jessica, Natalie & Heidi. They were super nice, friendly, caring and helpful.
Doctor assistant before, during & after surgery was Susie. Super caring and informative of what to do after surgery.

I highly recommend the West Valley Oral Surgery Group for wisdom teeth removal. After learning I needed all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, I spent months trying to find the best oral surgeon. Thankfully, my cousins recommended this office, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

From the start, the front desk receptionists were incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Forney was very patient with me and made sure to answer all of my questions. I was very anxious going into the surgery, but the reassurance and support from both the doctor and staff made me feel at ease. If you need oral surgery, definitely make your appointment here.

My experience with Dr.Lokot and his oral surgery office was great! The office staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor did an awesome job with my implant and he is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable dental professionals that I have come across and goodness knows I’ve been to many… I strongly recommend this office for anyone’s oral surgical needs.

In preparation for implants, two extractions were necessary. Dr. Lokot went over the procedure in detail and what the expected results would be. The procedure went very smoothly, without any pain. To my pleasant surprise there was no pain at all following the extractions. The entire office staff is great. Very friendly and supportive throughout. Thank you everyone!

This was my first visit to West Valley Oral Surgery and the staff was incredible. I was visiting from out of state and they did everything possible to accommodate my travel schedule. I was impressed with Dr. Lokot, who was professional, patient and understanding. When the cone beam scan I brought didn’t show any cavitation problems, the staff offered to take their own scan at no charge just so they could confirm. Dr. Lokot answered all my questions and gave me some options to consider. Overall this was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend.

Iv had 4 wisdom tooth extraction, all by different dentists. They did by far the best job. Didn’t feel a single thing and the recovery was the easiest.

Dental work is never something that you look forward to, but I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did at West Valley! I’m so glad that I was referred to them. The whole team was warm, pleasant, and considerate. Dr. Forney is a true pro. He patiently took the time to explain everything and my surgery went off without a hitch. I’ll be back in the future if I have oral surgery needs again!
