Not only was the Dr very professional and informative but also quick and reassuring! The staff, from the lobby to the back, are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They ensured I understood the process from beginning to end.
Definitely an office I would HIGHLY recommend and would use if I needed future work! Best experience ever!

My experience with Dr. Chavez and his team was excellent from start to finish. No surgery is pleasant but Dr. Chavez is very kind, patient, and explains everything he is doing in order to make patients as comfortable as possible. Everyone I encountered in the practice was courteous, caring, and professional. We are fortunate to have a skilled oral surgeon like Dr. Chavez in Santa Rosa.

Everyone was very friendly. My daughter had all her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chavez. He was great. I felt she was well taken care of. We received clear communication throughout the process. It was nice that we received a follow up call to make sure my daughter was okay and to see if we had any questions.

Brought my daughter for CT scan of her teetih last Oct. They said result will come out in a week or two. It's end of December and we havent received the report.

My daughter called them weeks ago and she was told that they will call us for update but didnt get any. So I personally paid them a visit this morning to find out what's going on. I was surprised the lady at the counter, Matilde, said that she is not seeing any report too which means we are totally waiting for nothing as someone didnt do their job. I hope this is just an isolated case.

I went to the dental center Dec. 27. Before the year ended, a certain Ms. Cecilia called me early morning of Dec 31. She introduced herself as an officer of the clinic and that she learned about the situation that we have experienced. She apologized for the inconvenience that we went through and she said that they will review their internal process so that this kind of situation will never happen again. She said she will forward to me the prepared report that we have been waiting for and even offered a refund of the amount we paid.

I highly commend this kind of quick action that the center's management has done. It shows how they treat their patients with great customer service. I would say they were able to redeem themselves from the disappointing experience that we had.

Wisdom teeth removal can be scary! Having three of your sons have them removed at the same time can feel really scary…. Dr.Chavez and his staff exceeded my expectations. Their communication, calm approach, kindness and beautiful office made the experience even smoother than anticipated. I would never go to another oral surgeon in Sonoma County. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
