This is the worst dentist office in Lake Isabella . I had been going here for over 20 years!!! I’ll save you the trouble DONT GO HERE ! the office is in complete Kaos. they make appointments, then you come in and tell you , no you don’t have one, but the one who made my appointment just sits there and says nothing! always a issue with any service you have there . my family and I will never go in that office again , they are rude! talk about everyone clients in a very bad way as they leave , you hear them say mean things as your sitting in the chair getting yours, they are always doing personal things, not the job they should, I even ask people I know , have you tried them , they say I won’t go there because of the people or person who works the front office, I 100% agree! this place changed hands like 5-6 years I’d say , when I had to deal with the new office ,it was a mess, then covid, another mess , it only got worse, I ask why I owe 20.00 when I never paid it before , same insurance? I was explained we have to do it for insurance?then attacked me for asking ? I didn’t pay it before , they don’t even check to make sure your next procedure is covered until day before , then call you and change your appointment, they don’t understand , we have lives ! Do yourself a favor! Don’t use this dentist, unless you like your life in kaos! I want A Stress free dentist myself!
