I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Norris, including one that was horizontally impacted. The entire surgery was incredibly easy and stress-free, taking only about 45 minutes. I experienced very litte swelling, pain, and had no issues post-op. I’ve also healed very nicely without any complications. The office was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Norris, she’s a pro and the entire team for their exceptional care and professionalism!

The assistant that did my X-ray was great. When I first came here back in July she checked me in and assisted me on my insurance. She is so nice and very customer focused. Always greets me with a smile!

This is solely based on my experience.
I gave Them 5 stars because of how quick they were. I went In for a consultation and after seeing my situation, I was In surgery for wisdom tooth removal 5 minutes later and for (2) wisdom teeth. I want to say 30 minutes later I was Done and waiting for my ride.
The only thing I would Recommend is for all of the personnel to have more of a personal experience with you. Only 1 person there was very friendly and held a conversation. The Dr was very good, but they are a busy facility so didn’t feel the personal side, just felt the dry humor type and straight to the point. But I will Be honest, I will Recommend this place 100% until I have a bad experience.

They did my son’s wisdom teeth extraction and everything went great! They are super easy to work with. We got in and taken care of right away.. and they did a great job! Everything with his procedure went well and they were happy to answer any and all questions I had. Would definitely recommend them!

I had Oral surgery done December 20, 2023. Dr Norris was very professional , and nice. Surgery went well the day of Surgery. Surgery was pretty fast, and I had no complications.
Upper jaw numbness went away within 24 hours.
However, my Lower jaw stayed numb. I went back in to office ( not 100% sure when, maybe 3 to 5 weeks later) ,for a follow up, and to address my concerns concerning my Lower jaw numbness. Said to me natural to have nerve damage and it takes time.
Like I said, Dr Norris is a Good Doctor. Staff was nice. I just wished that on the day of my Surgery, when they rushed me over paper work done needed signing paperwork( electronically ), that they would have taken the time to properly inform me that there is a chance I might have permanent nerve damage, and may have numbness in my lower or upper jaw forever. Receptionist went over it super fast. Me and my wife never heard about any nerve damage.
My lower jaw has been numb since 12-20-23. Drooling when eating soups, biting my lower lip, food stuck in my lower lips, not chewing properly because I can't feel myself chewing my food in my mouth is my life now.
Please inform patients what may happen. Explain, at least, the permanent types of possible nerve damage that may occur.
Give patients a chance to decide accordingly with all the pertinent important risks and possibilities.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. Her experience was great. The office was wonderful to work with and patient as we got files uploaded from her dentist office. The doctor thoroughly explained the procedure and patiently answered all of our questions. She had excellent bedside manner, and I felt relaxed as I waited during her surgery.
