we barely moved from NY to CA and i was trying to get an general appt with teeth cleaning. I have an active insurance and was assigned to the office since 8/1/2021, yet the office kept telling me i am not assigned to them while I am told by the insurance we are assigned to them. All appointments were made several weeks ago after a scheduler at the office clarified the insurance, but 2 days prior to the appointment they wanted to cancel since they did not get info from the insurance. The clerk also reasked all my family's DOB since she did not keep any of that info. After several phone calls between the office and insurance, they still could not figure out. The office clerk told me Dr Kim dismissed our family from their office as of this am. I ve waited for this appt for the last whole month and this is unfair, unprofessional, irresponsible and rude. Imcompetent handling of the insurance as well.
