Great experience- caring Dr and staff - I had a tooth pulled - getting ready for implant treatment; I had no pain before or after surgery. Dr Thein calls you back and checks on you after surgery - would definitely recommend Dr to family and friends!

Dr. Thein and his staff not only provide excellent service, they are also very friendly and helpful when it comes to dealing with your dental insurance provider. I recently had a cavity filled and they made sure I call back to let them know how I feel once the anesthetic wears off. I called back and told them I had some pain and discomfort once the anesthesia wore off, but I took some Tylenol which took care of it. But Dr. Thein called again the following day to really make sure I was okay. This is the kind of service my family and I never got from our previous dental provider that's why we switched to Dr. Thein. Lastly, I like that the office sends a text reminder of upcoming appointment couple of days before.

First of all I just want to applaud Boston Dental for going above and beyond Covid 19 safety protocol. My family and I felt so safe first time we walked in when they were finally able to reopen for service. They really took the safety of their patients to the next level compared to what I was hearing from friends about their experience going back to their own dental providers.

My visit a few days ago was for my routine 6 month cleaning and check up. Unfortunately, I have a cavity on one molar and another needed filling to be replaced due to leakage. Dr. Thein took care of both of the problems same day so I don't need to make another appointment. This is the kind of excellent service my family and I have experienced since we switched to Dr. Thein. Not only is he accommodating, but we enjoy and appreciate his friendly demeanor and fun jokes. Also, have to mention the friendly staff especially Cindy who has been patient enough to deal with our not so user friendly insurance administrators. My family and I wish Dr. Thein and his staff all the best during this challenging times.

DR Thein is very knowledgeable and talented in all aspects of general dentistry. His surgical and restorative expertise are top notch. He removed my tooth, grafted it and placed an implant. Most importantly he makes you comfortable by providing excellent anesthesia and he has a great sense of humor. I also love his staff, Cindy and Adriana. I highly recommend Dr Thein. He will take great care of you.

A big THANKS to Dr. Thein, Adriana, and Cindy for taking care of my dental health for the past 13 years! I have regular cleaning, exam, X-ray, sealant, filling, crowns, molar extraction, bone graft, and an implant done here. Dr. Thein is very experienced and knowledgeable while his staff are super friendly, patient, and professional. I really appreciate their services, especially Cindy's tireless effort to claim my dental insurance benefits for saving me some $. In spite of the extra expenses I may need to pay Dr. Thein as an "out of network" dentist, I will continue to come for help. 🙂
