False advertising. I had to drive 99 miles for this $1,300 implant deal and they told me that it's really $3,400 because supposedly I "needed" a bone-graft but it's a lie. My other dentist told me I have perfect bone.

poor service camela the assistant is horrible, they will not help you only want money. My implant failed and they will not help. I tried to get help from them numerous times and they will not help. Camela basically laughed at my situation and was rude said well, if you want it removed its going to cost you lots of money. Terrible i asked how much when i went about the failed implant and they wouldn't give me a number just said alot, Like they wouldn't want to bother with me and the implant was installed there. terrible service RUDE.

I had the most nerve-racking and time-consuming experience at this clinic. The receptionist, Vicky Arciniega, was rude, unprofessional, and unethical. She was incompetent in providing any information and support. Every time I called, she would tell me she was too busy to answer my questions, put me on hold, or hang up. I had to go to the clinic in person to get things moving. No one there seemed to have control over her. My husband was experiencing severe pain in his lower molars. Vicky Arciniega was responsible for sending an authorization request to our insurance company so that the treatment could begin urgently. However, despite going back and forth with her for two months, she deliberately failed to send the request, which forced us to switch to a different clinic.
The staff at the clinic were uncooperative and dishonest, making ridiculous claims to justify their inactivity. They purposely denied treatment to my husband, knowing full well that he was in a great deal of pain.
Please take my advice and avoid this clinic at all costs. My experience was nothing short of terrible, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Vicky is the worst receptionist in history, doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t send authorization requests on time, doesn’t call insurance to check authorization requests or try to expedite them, doesn’t care if you are in pain, and will blow up on you for no reason. Overall a horrible stain on this establishment.

I had the best time at Healthy Smiles! Carmella and Tenny, were super welcoming and nice. They really cared about my gum problems and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Going there feels like being part of a family because everyone is so friendly and skilled. The office is clean and fancy, and the whole experience was top-notch. I highly recommend Healthy Smiles to anyone who wants a dentist that goes above and beyond. I always leave feeling grateful and well taken care of!
