I did not have a good experience at the Justin Jergensen Dentistry. First of all, he did not introduce himself. And he just walked in the room like he was Elvis Presley. Furthermore, he made me feel unsettled. And after he just walked in he didn't even tell me he was going to touch my mouth. He just started touching my mouth. In conclusion, I hope I never see his face again.

Returned to the dentist for three fillings. Dr. Jergensen was very professional, and kind and he explained everything along the way. Dr. Jergensen definitely has a method to his process. I have a filling in one of my front teeth and he replaced it and he matched the color! It looks so great and he filed it beautifully. My mouth is sore but doc warned me I would feel this way. I’m on the mend👍.

I wanted to share my most recent few experience at the Dr. Jergensen clinic. During my initial appointment, I couldn't help but notice that Dr. Jergensen seemed rushed and careless in his approach. It felt as though he was more focused on the financial aspect rather than providing personalized and attentive care.

Furthermore, I found Dr. Jergensens communication style to be lacking in empathy and understanding. It's important for a dentist to effectively communicate with their patients, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and making sure we feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that level of care and attention during my most recent visits.

For this, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Jergensen to anyone seeking dental care. I believe there are other dental practices out there that prioritize patient well-being and provide a more positive experience.

Called 4 different days during business hours, left messages every time. No response in 2 weeks. On to the next! This place doesn't care, don't bother.

Always fast, efficient, and friendly! I lost an old filling, they got me in quickly, and took care of it with no fuss. Everyone at the practice continues to be fantastic! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Made a short notice appointment for tooth pain with excellent service and was able to squeeze in the next morning. The pain came out of nowhere in middle of the night so I figured a filling fell out.
At the appointment X-rays were taken and discovered it was an abscess below one tooth.
Discussed alternatives in how to resolve the pain and I went with pulling two teeth together.
Quick, painless and very professional.
Highly recommend Dr. Jergensen and staff as your family’s dental care team!
