I'm happy to share my experience with Dr. Majeroni. As a mother of four daughters. Dr. Majeroni has a remarkable ability to make each of our children feel comfortable during their orthodontic visits. His forward-thinking approach truly sets him apart, and we consider him the best orthodontist in California.

What stands out most is Dr. Majeroni's comprehensive care. He not only focuses on creating beautiful, wide smiles with perfect teeth arches but also prioritizes patients' overall facial, cranial, and airway function. It's evident that he goes beyond aesthetics to ensure the well-being of each child.

The staff at Dr. Majeroni's office is both friendly and professional, contributing to a positive atmosphere. The modern and fun office environment adds to the overall experience, making orthodontic visits enjoyable for our family. We are grateful for the exceptional care our daughters receive under Dr. Majeroni's expertise.

As a senior citizen with a bite issue, I was NOT very happy to learn I needed metal braces to correct the problem. My dentist referred me to Dr Mageroni's office in Alamo. I was super impressed right off the bat. His office is light, bright and very high tech. All of his wonderful staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Dr Mageroni is definitely up on the latest and greatest technology to move teeth. It's clearly his passion and he has other orthodontists visiting his practice to check up on HIS methods. I thought this would be a two year process, but I was out of those braces in 7 months, exactly as he predicted. I'm extremely grateful for the fine work of Dr. M and his whole staff. Do not hesitate to visit him.

An Amazing Doctor, Office & Staff!
Dr Majeroni is so wonderful and thorough in his approach to patients and treatment. He explains everything, doesn’t rush anything and slows down if a kid isn’t ready. The office is modern, state of art, and so clean. Everyone is so sweet, helpful, and efficient. It’s the only doctors office my kids happily go to.
It is like visiting family. Had an emergency call on a Saturday, for a wire question and Dr Majeroni walked me through everything.
Appointment reminders are prompt and helpful. You will never miss an appointment because the staff is on it. They respond to text messages and help when schedules conflict.
If you want the best, look no further.
Looking forward to my girls having great teeth, but will miss this place when we are done….for sure!

I came to Dr. Majeroni years after I originally had braces because my teeth had started moving back and we’re no longer straight.

From the initial consultation through the end of my treatment Dr. Majeroni and the rest of the staff have been amazing! Always friendly and welcoming. Originally thinking I’d need to go back to braces for at least 6 months I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Majeroni recommended an innovative treatment that didn’t involve metal braces and had my teeth aligned in only 2 months.

I’m also super happy with my results. While I thought my teeth were pretty straight before and just needed some minor adjustment after not wearing my post-braces retainers for years, I was pleasantly surprised by how much improvement they were able to make with my smile and bite.

Dr Majeroni and the entire staff are incredibly friendly and caring.

They’re efficient. For each appointment, I’ve been greeted and seated nearly immediately after arrival. Each appointment is quick and efficient with little downtime.

The office is awesome, modern, and light/bright.

They also made the process of engaging with them easy through text message communications.

Dr. Majeroni and his staff are fantastic! My 14 year old daughter had braces through this office, and her smile is now amazing. She smiles a lot more, too.

There was one time I remember when my daughter had a problem with her retainer, and Dr. Majeroni opened the office on his day off to take care of the issue in just 20 minutes without any staff support.

You will find it difficult to select a nicer and mor professional and pleasant orthodontist and team.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Majeroni Orthodontics!! My whole family loves these guys! I mean, who LIKES going to the orthodontist? Uh...WE DO!

Dr. M has created beautiful smiles for all three of my kids. And even put big smiles and my husband’s and my faces because they make it very easy to go through the process. They worked with us on a payment plan that was easy to live with (3 kids at the same time), they always found a way to accommodate us to make sure that we could get everyone in at the same time and save trips. And somehow, they always make us feel like we are the most important people in the office! They always seem excited and happy to see us - and that feels good.

But the most important thing that they do right is create beautiful smiles for my little ones. Dr M and his staff created completely individualized plans for each of my kids, worked with our family dentist when necessary and somehow, straightened their smiles faster than I thought possible.

Oh, and they always have warm chocolate chip cookies 🍪!
