Oakland Orthodontics has consistently surpassed expectations for more than 30 years. My siblings received treatment here when Dr. Vodzak and Dr. Agazzi were in charge, and I later became a patient of Dr. Agazzi. Even after more than two decades, our smiles remain as perfect as they were when we first had our braces removed. This made it clear that I could trust the Oakland Orthodontics team with my own children as they grew older. My kids were fortunate to receive orthodontic care from both Dr. Agazzi and Dr. Rebong, who had recently joined the practice as a new doctor, and unsurprisingly, their smiles are also fantastic! Given this outstanding level of care, I confidently recommended that my nieces and nephews get their braces done by Dr. Agazzi and Dr. Rebong. I have great confidence in their work!

I had both phase one and phase two treatment at this office with Dr. Agazzi, and have continued to visit for retainer check up appointments with Dr. Rebong as an adult. As someone who was scared of seeing the dentist as a kid, they were not only patient, but great at making me feel as comfortable as possible in their office. Both of them continue to go above and beyond to cater to any concerns or questions I have. If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from this orthodontist. What was supposed to be a simple, one-year orthodontic treatment turned into a five-year nightmare that has left me with more problems than I started with.

Throughout the process, the orthodontist consistently failed to provide the care I needed. My bite, which was perfectly fine before, is now completely ruined. I experience discomfort daily, and it’s affecting my ability to eat properly. To make matters worse, during one of the many unnecessary tightening sessions, the orthodontist managed to break one of my dental bridges. This was an expensive and critical part of my dental work, and the damage was completely avoidable if they had been more careful and competent.

I trusted this office with my dental health, and they have done nothing but cause me pain and stress. The lack of professionalism, the constant delays, and the careless mistakes have left me frustrated and deeply regretting my decision to seek treatment here. I would strongly advise anyone considering this orthodontist to look elsewhere—you deserve better care than this.
