Had a permanent retainer break late on a Friday and I was desperate to be seen on a Saturday. Dr. Lee saw me within an hour of me calling and not only helped to reposition it so it wouldn't cut my tongue, she talked me through other orthodontic problems I was having and ordered me retainers to solve both problems!
