I recently had an unexpected dental emergency when I broke one of my back teeth at work. In a moment of panic, I reached out to Sky Dental, and I’m so grateful I did. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family, a testament to the exceptional care and compassion that Dr. Safari and his dental assistant, Claudia Martin, provide.

Dr. Safari’s expertise and gentle approach immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain the procedure in a way that made me feel informed and confident about the treatment. His calm demeanor and professional skills transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a surprisingly pleasant one.

Claudia was equally impressive. Her warm and friendly nature made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was attentive to my needs, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. It was clear that both Dr. Safari and Claudia genuinely care about their patients, going above and beyond to make sure I received the best care possible.

The office itself is welcoming and well-equipped, creating a reassuring environment that further alleviated my anxiety. I left Sky Dental not only with a repaired tooth but also with a sense of gratitude for the exceptional service I received.

Avoid this Dental Office at all cost they are in business to keep charging customers and try to tell you dental works that would cost you to pay more and don't even need it. We've been putting up with them for many years. They will surprise you with charges even after checking its covered by insurance then blame the the insurance for their incompetence. The whole billing department should be fired. This is a for profit dental office only cares about making money not their customers. I will be reporting this Dental Office to Better Business Bureau for Insurance charges malpractice.

1st encounter: I am covered by my Insurance for 4 cleaning. Every time I go there for cleaning they would say that, I need something for my teeth to prevent cancer or more cavities or something with crown even if I am not feeling any pain don’t need anything else. Every visit I have to pay $100+ per visit which supposed to be covered. There is always something, all I want is cleaning and maintenance.

The new dental place I go to only charge me about $30 co-pay for cleaning and maintenance. No hidden fees.

2nd Encounter: My daughter needed braces, and we ask to to make sure that what ever is covered by our insurance and out of pocket cost should be exact amount we should be including other. They gave us the full cost including what the insurance covers and our out of pocket. We said we don’t want any surprises and just tell us exactly we are supposed to pay. A year later they are billing us with more charges saying that our insurance wasn’t covering the charges even if they checked ahead of time. On top of what we were charged we have to pay another unexpected extra $1,000 plus. Just wow we were so frustrated. We let that go and just kept going.

3rd and Final encounter: My other daughter had cavity on her baby tooth and what they recommended to do is to do root canal and pretty much just patch the issues. Here my daughter is in so much pain and all they are thinking about is profiting. We were getting charged for an exam and just put some kind of sealant. Our daughter wasn’t taken care of. They were charging us too much and our co pay would be total close to $400. Knowing this we decided to go for 2nd opinion and canceled the appointment from Sky Dental. Couple days later even though they didn’t do anything we were being charged for $154, for what?

The 2nd dental we went to, only charged us $20 co-pay for a better solution they removed the baby tooth that was causing our daughter the pain. Insurance covered almost everything including the exam.

If this is not enough evidence of their malpractice not sure what else to tell you. If you continue to go this office be prepared to get charged random charges and dental works you need. Even our insurance was telling us that they kept charging them and putting wrong codes for their billing. They are making money from our Insurance and the co-pay that we paid.

This office is straight up SCAMMERS!! Stay away from them.

Sky dental in Pittsburg ca has become like family! My experience was all of great and more... I needed to have some life changing dental work performed and of course I had some fears and concerns. Dr. Walked me through the entire process explaining everything I needed to know along the way while building a trustworthy relationship with me. Needless to say, I'm smiling again!

Dr. Sido and everyone in the office were amazing. I took my 3 year old son there today as a new patient. Everyone were very kind and helpful. My son felt very comfortable and did not cry. I will continue to take my son to this dental office every 6 months. I highly recommend Sky Dental.

I had an emergency procedure that had to be done asap. Holiday season is one of the busiest times for dentists and I called so many for availability, and they all have none after January. But when I called Sky Dental, not only did they go above and beyond for me to see me 2 days after my call since they had a cancellation and were able to get me in, the communication was excellent, efficient and organized. Today, I had my appointment and Dr Jay Fedorowicz, was extremely friendly, caring and to the point from the get go. He loves his job and cares so much about his patients and wants to provide you a comfortable and caring service. Dr Fedorowicz and his staff made me feel cared for, at home and comfortable at all times. I never have received such excellent service anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I truly recommend Sky Dental services for an effective, efficient and professional service with your teeth. BEST SERVICE
