Excellent, considerate and thoughtful dental practitioners. They consistently go above and beyond my expectations.
I drive a Prius, but it seems it can be a little difficult to navigate a large SUV through their driveway, but I won’t take off a star for that—they have a large parking lot.

I was referred to this office by Medicare supplemental insurance (delta dental) the doctor does the cleanings as well as an extra exam. She's friendly enough and seems competent. However she casually upsells and hints of future needs for fillings, crowns and even a possible root canal if a tooth is not done soon. Even though she takes extensive x-rays she showed no evidence but had me look in a mirror to see a crack. There was no pain or decay so I passed and will have a second opinion. However she did manage to sell me two quick gum treatment for $340 as I sat somewhat captive in the chair. She provided very little information on the treatments and no literature since I had never heard of them. I then requested a detailed billing statement which was emailed later. The total bill for the "cleaning" came to $820 of which I paid a portion. The receptionist seemed reluctant to give me another cleaning appointment since I refused a crown appt. I won't be going back.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's an office that has no pretense - no in your face cosmetic pitches at all! In fact, the only big in your face image is a decay photo that I wish were in the back hallway, seriously. I like the no-nonsense approach of the Dentist, who tackles the entire exam, discusses issues, and then turns you over to a gentle hygienist to clean and polish. They accept Sr Advantage and when I went off that, I sought a plan that would let me continue with them.

Dr. Giang has been taking care of us for many years. Our favorite dentist that made us love going to the dentist more often! He’s gentle, thorough, and always offers his honest opinion. His staff is all lovely as well, Linda, Anne, Virginia, super friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend Dr. G and his crew!

Advertises "all that modern dentistry has to offer, including a comprehensive list of general, restorative and cosmetic dental services" but told us that they only do cleanings and refer everything else, didn't review the patient history we provided, didn't perform a complete exam, recommended expensive procedures - misleading advertising, not professional, not quality dental care !

I’ve gone to this dentistry practice for over 10 years and always have been happy with their work. They are invariably kind, considerate and highly skilled. Before I found them, I tried a different practice for an extraction and had a very bad experience — dental assistants unskilled at administrating novocaine, extractions done by a traveling dental surgeon who for some reason found it entertaining to make fun of me as I recovered from anesthetic. Needless to say, I was very pleased to find Pacific Dental Group after that!

I give Dr. Fong high marks. She’s very deliberate and careful about all moves and she lets me know what she is doing and why. I had two crowns replaced. Shots of Novocain did not hurt! Yes!
