Terrific dentist and practice! My family has been coming here for the past several years and have always had positive and pleasant experiences with all staff. I suppose it’s agreed no one likes going to the dentist, this must weigh heavily upon them, which is a shame because dentists provide an essential health service. Dr Melgar and his team certainly do, my family has been going here for years and have received excellent care each time. they are accommodating to each person’s needs and genuinely welcoming, patient and thorough. I’m very pleased with the care we consistently receive there.

They didn’t help me find a solution, it felt like they just cared about profit. The Dr. (a male) said if I was really in pain I would be crying, I found this comment to be very dismissive and insensitive. Pain tolerance varies from person to person, and just because I wasn't visibly crying doesn't mean I wasn't experiencing significant discomfort. This response made me feel unheard and undervalued as a patient. All healthcare professionals should approach their patients with empathy and understanding. A more appropriate response would have been to acknowledge my pain and investigate further, rather than making assumptions based on my outward appearance. I would never go for care there again.
