I bought some Black and white wax which I couldn’t find in my normal shop I normally shop at. Firstly it’s larger from Cosmetize so will last longer. Everything was perfect shopping with them and it was delivered quickly as a very reasonable price. They seem to be very keen on making sure everything is perfect with your order and delivery as well which is a refreshing thing to see from a company these days. Will be buying more in the future.

I have ordered from this company for the first time, I have emailed called yet nothing I ordered a product and was incorrect they sent me something else. I have asked for them to correct this but nothing I’m owed my money back at least I would avoid using this store because they don’t even correct the mistakes. This is very unprofessional company, I have no alternative shortly to contact PayPal and deal direct with them. I have sent proof on photos of the mistake and wrong items given but just have ignored every email do companies still do things like this? It’s a joke. Please avoid

cannot fault Cosmetize, there is a really great variety of products available and the price is usually cheaper than other places. the deliveries are well packed with no damage or leakage from any products. the follow up call to find out about my experience shopping is really going above and beyond and shows a company that care about their customers, i would highly recommend using them, Thank you

There was confusion with my parcel so it ended up being rejected. I emailed the company to get it redirected. Which they did! Did not need to chase it up - was given tracking details.
