I am so sad my first order was such a disappointing experience.

First, they stopped updating the website with any information about my parcel after a certain point. I had to figure out the delivery details on my own, especially since it was already past the seven-day window. To make matters worse, I was never given a tracking number for the postal service in the delivery country.

The first customer service representative I spoke with told me my parcel was already in the country of origin, but it turns out it hadn’t even arrived yet. She assured me it would arrive soon without any further updates. The second representative, Reuben, was the only helpful one—he connected me with the local postal service and provided the tracking number. (Thanks to him for being helpful and thorough.)

It’s been over two weeks now, and when I contacted the delivery country’s postal service, I found out that the company never even included my address on the shipment. Only the postal code.

I needed the parcel before I went on holiday, but it never arrived. It’s not even a beauty product, it’s a personal hygiene product, which is the only one I can use and is nowhere available in my country anymore.

Now I’m back, and it still hasn’t arrived. At least I know it’s in the right country now and will be delivered soon.

Sad.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was supposed to receive my package within 7 days, but it has now been over a month. They refuse to issue a refund. A week ago, they told me that, after all this time, they had requested faster shipping, but I still haven’t received my package. Don’t waste your time and money buying from them. This feels more like a SCAM than a real shop.

SCAM. I returned my items and they’ve lost the parcel and are claiming to have never gotten it even through tracking shows they have it. Lost my items and my money. Do no order. They don’t seem to respect the customer is always right rule at all and don’t believe in refunding money. Waste of money.

was charged £39.95 for import duty to the UK - AVOID if you're based in the UK!!! There was no indication at point of purchase there would be ANY import duty. I asked to cancel the order when I discovered the import duty cost and they told me they'd deduct the amount from my order regardless.

Never received my package. Customer service took weeks to respond and aren’t helpful at all. Did not offer me a refund.

I placed an order from them on 17th May. I have emailed them last week to ask about my order, it's now 29th May I haven't heard anything back. Nothing at all. I don't normally leave negative feedback but their service is ridiculous of non responding. I do not recommend to buy anything from them.

You order online. You have no news for a long time. Them go back to them to ask about the delivery. Delivery is canceled for " Insufficient delivery details" (the one I use all the time). And without asking they refund you 3/4 o1f the price you paid. New-generation theft ! Avoid this company
