I came here not knowing if what I needed was going to be an item that they carried but it was (yay). I think the price points for items they carry are a little, tiny bit more than what you might see elsewhere, but there is the added benefit of getting to test out the products before you buy (& pretty much everything had a tester). I included some pics of their selections so others could see what they have (I had a hard time figuring out what they carried in-store before going). Will definitely come again

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Choc Choc! As someone with notoriously sensitive skin, and as someone whose eyes were opened at how K Beauty could solve all my problems (it has!!! This is the best my skin has ever been), I was thrilled to find out there is an entire store dedicated to it in Chicago! Layout is very cute, they even have awesome shirts! Customer service was thorough as well with any questions I had

This is one of my favorite stores for skincare!! The prices are reasonable and staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you have any questions, staff is willing to answer and explain all of their products.
I don’t even go to Sephora anymore because Choc Choc has the best value for the price.

Lovely atmosphere. The associate was very nice and helpful. I hope I can come back again! If you're really into k-beauty/k-skin, you'll love it here. There are many options here you can't find online (besides olive young). 100% recommend.

I stopped in here because it reviewed very well for Korean beauty products. If you are like me, then you have noticed that all Koreans in kdramas seem to have absolutely flawless skin. The shop is small, but very well organized and everything is labeled very well. There are many different facial masks on the left hand side as you enter and the right has cosmetics, sunscreens, sampler kits for skincare regimes and many individual creams. I was a bot pressed for time, but I found a couple of products. I would consider going back if I were in the area.

Cute little shop! Great selection and testers were all full. The staff was friendly and they even mailed my water bottle to me when I forgot it on the counter when I was paying. I got too excited about my sheet masks 😄 10/10 and would absolutely be coming back when I'm back in town!

About my 5th visit here. This place is a great place in lakeview east to go for korean skincare, if you just want makeup on the other hand this place is definitely a skip. I have found they lack a good k-makeup section at this store. they have about 11 shelves total, half of one is makeup. they sell romand lip balm, etude mascara, a few eye palettes, romand lip liner, etude eyeliner, a glitter stick, romand lip tint, and a blush puddy, that was about it. i think if they expanded their makeup section more i’d love this place. i think being a cosmetic store, they should carry more makeup. as a k-makeup lover, i would love to see brands more brands and more products!!! it’d be great if they carried a foundation, eyebrow pencil, more palettes, more lip products from other brands. honestly anything to have a more cosmetic store feel. i love the layout of the place though. it’s a cute, clean, and minimalist look of store! in terms of skincare this place makes me SOOO happy! they have just about everything product you need!
