I had my first visit with Dr.Tinsley and his wonderful staff today. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Ms. Robinson who was just the sweetest and knowledgeable young lady. The office setting was very contemporary, and nice! My consult with Dr. Tinsley was informative as well as medically correct! He not only gave me information on how to obtain healthy skin, his medical information on my overall health was very helpful! I look forward to a very long relationship with this team! Dr Tinsley and his medical team did an amazing job on my cosmetic surgery. I was given good care an was very satisfied with my results. They made my experience very comfortable. I’ll be going back for my second round. Flawless Center is highly recommended.

Never go to this place for a procedure. When I first arrived for my consultation, I waited about an hour before I was even seen by the doctor. Because I was ready to get surgery, I paid immediately, but my surgery had to be canceled. I requested a refund in writing like they asked, and have yet to receive one. It’s been pass the 3-4 weeks they said it would take to issue a refund (mind you, it doesn’t even take 3-4 weeks to write a check). The communication is terrible and they will try to run off with your money. Luckily, I paid off a card, so I was able to dispute it with my bank & they will handle it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not go here.

Dr. Tinsley (Dr. T as I call him) is one of THE BEST out here! I came to him to have the skin mole removal procedure done on my face/neck. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job! Honestly, you would never be able to tell. My skin is super clear without blemishes. I also use the flawless facial line products that are also amazing! I love Dr. T and his team and I am a forever patient!

Awesome office experience with nice atmosphere. Dr. Tinsley and Ms. Robinson are amazing. I had a spider vein treatment procedure which I was very pleased with. Dr. Tinsley even took time to mentor and offer advice to my daughter who is interested in going into the field after college.

Remarkable! Dr. Tinsley and his staff are top-notch. I went there for the much-lauded mole-removal treatment; I’ve had problems with my skin in the past. From the scheduling to the procedure to the follow-up, it was a great experience— seamless and professional all the way round! Thanks to Flawless, my skin has never looked better.

Dr. Tinsley is a great doctor who does amazing work. He has the best bedside manner. He explains and answers any questions about his procedures which is true professionalism. The staff are also pleasant, nice and very helpful.

I gave this business a $1K deposit for procedures from Dr. Tinsley. He has since retired & they went out of business without contacting me for a refund of my deposit.i would like my money back please!
