Booked an appointment in November as a new patient but couldn't get an appointment until mid Jsnuary. Received a call 3 days before the appointment and was told the doctor wasn't accepting new patients and our appointment was cancelled. The website showed the practice is accepting new patients.

I have had many, many dentists and Dr Serafica is by far the best dentist I ever had! I have alrwsdy recommend her to several people and I just walked out of the office.

I was scheduled for a deep cleaning in April, and I decided to call and see if they had a earlier appointment. The reception, a very kind gentleman, told me he would call me with their first cancelation. He called me this morning and got me in the same day! I was supposed to have three different appointments but Dr Serafica was so good she was able to combine them into one session. Which is very good for someone like me who is extremely anxious going to the dentist.

I will only be coming to lakewood dental thanks to this team here.

I am very impressed and grateful in finding Lakewood Dental! I have been trying to find a dentist that could help me with a root canal and crown, since February of this year. It seems that the dentists in this area have dropped the ball with Delta Dental and left us insured, without care in Santa Rosa!

Finding Dr. Regina Serafica, DDS has been a relief. Not only will they take my Denta-cal insurance, but I just had the most comfortable dental appointment in my 70 years of life! Her gentle and calm presence, helped me relax right away. Peter, who works in her office, was very knowledgeable about insurance and dental needs and assured me that I am going to be taken care of. Can you sense the anxiety I walked in with? Now sense the confidence and appreciation I have felt since meeting them and beginning my dental care! Truly thankful! Even the smallest of things caught my attention and helped relax me in her care. When you walk in and sit down, a mobile hanging above you of ballerina dancers touches your heart. That’s an office with small details in thought of their patients! So much appreciation today!

Yesteryears my first visit and I was completely impressed with Dr. Sarafica . Her work was excellent, I was comfortable and I love her office decor. She has dancing fairies everywhere. I have never been to such a good dentist top of the line equipment I was very happy.

Beware, Dr. Sarafica, took our money ,I believe she is a scam dentist. My mother 89 years old lost her 3 front teeth when she feel. We went to Dr. Sarafica , she said she could fix them, I told the doctor my mother had dementia and the teeth dont have to look like a movie star , but she needs something for a better email and so she can eat. The doctor put in 3 teeth made out of some kind of wax, I asked is this strong ? and was told not to worry , when we went to pay I was charge $2000.00, and after I gave my visa card they said tell your mom not to use the new front teeth or they will fall out."What !!! These new teeth she put in my mom were only "very temporary" and my dentist said they should last three months at best. Well he was correct, 3 months later they feel out. I have called many times and no one from the office will return my call. They should have told me 1) the new teeth are a quick fix not to last more then 3 months and 2) the cost will be $2000.00 before she did the work. If I new this before she took my money I would have looked into another way of providing mom with 3 front teeth , such as a bridge.

Lakewood Dental is a great place to go and you can’t go wrong going here, you’re informed, you’re treated well, and they’re very friendly oriented people, don’t listen to the bad reviews from dishonest people, I know a good place when I go to one!
