After researching our options, we brought our 3 week old here to have her lip tie evaluated. From my first phone call, they’ve made the entire process seamless and were very transparent about the cost since we’re paying out of pocket. The provided was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and we had the procedure for the lip tie done the same day. They’re scheduled 2 follow ups as well, free of charge. Overall, very gappy with their customer service and bedside manner. Definitely recommend!!

Everyone in the office is AMAZING. The way they were able to take care of my 4-yr-old twins who were very scared , and not easy to deal with at all, was wonderful. They were so patient and sweet. The staff is always so kind, very professional , and they do a great job . I highly recommend Upland Laser Dental to anyone .

The staff is super friendly and cares a lot about their profession and their patients. Making appointments is super easy and they always have times that fit my schedule. And best part of it all, if I come even 5 minutes early, they already have a room ready to go and I’m seen quickly. Only thing I would like to see come into the facility is warmer water for cleanings and rinsing. Overall, I’m happy to be under Upland Laser’s care!

Front office staff member explained everything before any procedure was done, great service and clean front office. The dentist staff was friendly to my daughter, they explained the procedure, made her feel comfortable and the dental doctor did a great job cleaning up those cavities. Rooms are clean, and the equipment as well. For my follow up appointment, they were able to plug us in with no problem. They were honest with what my insurance covered, and I appreciate that. A+
