Dr. Jacobson was my orthodontist back in 1989 and did a stellar job in straightening my teeth and massively improving my bite. He put in a permanent retainer behind my lower front teeth at the end of the treatment and it's served me well all of these years in keeping my teeth as straight as the day I got my braces off. He's my sister's current orthodontist and she mentioned me to Dr. Jacobson. He invited me back for a free checkup to see how everything's doing after all of these years. He's a very personable guy and was genuinely happy to see me after all these years.

My retainer recently became detached (no fault of his) and I went back to him to have it fully removed and then rebonded. I'm very happy with the results. While there was a charge for this service, he did take a full set of x-rays at no charge for his records as well as giving me a DVD for my regular dentist to review.

I should mention that my very first orthodontic treatment as a teenager was done by his predecessor, Dr. Ricketts, who was an extremely innovative pioneer in the field. Dr. Jacobson is a disciple of Ricketts and was very generous in performing my second treatment back in 1989. I have no hesitation in recommending him (and all of his wonderful staff) to anyone needing orthodontic treatment... he truly knows, and clearly enjoys, his craft.

Dr. Jacobson and his team are incredible. Not only are they the very best at orthodontics, but Dr. Jacobson is a wonderful, kind person. I went to him for orthodontics for an incredibly complicated jaw surgery and he made everything easier and better. He always listened and was there to answer all my questions. And thanks to him and his team, my teeth look great. I would recommend him to anyone!

Our son was terrified to get his oral appliance put in and Dr. Jacobson and his team went above and beyond to make it happen — including creating a custom device that would work for our son. Dr Jacobson and his team really are the best! He is so knowledgeable and willing to spend time with each of his patients. Also, his team is always very kind and quick to help, I’ve loved being able to work with them.
I really appreciate that the office is multidisciplinary and all the doctors in the facility work together so closely. I know I’m in great hands with these providers.
