Have had 2 surgeries there. First experience was overall exceptional. 2nd was good but first experience had already set high expectations. One thing I must say all back employees have exceptional customer service. Problem is in the front desk , not welcoming or friendly. Need to have more welcoming people skills as people are going in extremely nervous and a nice welcome would make a difference.

I had a referral at Bakersfield oral surgery initially but honestly looking at the poor reviews they had along with my first visit with them. I was super hesitant and scared which led me to come to this highly rated advanced oral surgery center. They accepted my medical! And they did NOT disappoint at all. Place was nice and clean staff was great and helpful. The doctor made me feel super comfortable before the surgery as if I was in for a regular check up and before you know it I woke up everything was done successfully . 3 wisdom tooth extracted even though my referral only had 2 wisdom teeth. But doctor recommended to remove the third one even though it wasn’t on the referral!

Got out picked up my prescription at the pharmacy no issues with all necessary pain meds and mouth rinse. Now, I’m home relaxing no pain, no irritation, perfect just perfect.

I will recommend everyone to go here and take your loved ones. I will be forever loyal as long as this office is thriving with goodness!!

This place is amazing and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable during my surgery and after 2hrs I had no pain which was a surprise. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service is great and everyone there is nice and professional. I’m definitely coming back here for implants..

I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unorganized. I arrived on time for my appointment, but ended up waiting nearly an hour before being seen. When I finally got in, the dentist seemed rushed and barely took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth. The equipment looked outdated, and I didn’t feel like proper care was being taken. On top of that, they tried to push unnecessary procedures without fully explaining why they were needed or offering alternative options. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and patient care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Dr. Robert Sharobiem did an outstanding job. From my first appointment to surgery, everything was excellent. I was initially terrified, especially after a traumatic dental experience months ago, but the front office staff made me feel at ease. My first appointment was with a wonderful lady who was very professional. Many nice individuals helped prepare me for my surgery and talked to me throughout the process. Before surgery, they played my favorite music, which helped ease my nerves. I experienced some pain after to be expected, but it was significantly less than I thought it would be. Dr. Sharobiem personally called to check on me that night and answered my questions throughout the week. Now, five days post-op, I’m only slightly sore and very impressed. It looks as though surgery was not even done on my mouth! He knows exactly what he’s doing and it shows in his work. I’m so glad he was assigned as my doctor. This is the best place and surgeon for oral surgery in Bakersfield easily!

Only had a consultation but so far I am pleased with everything. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Xray tech was very nice & professional. Assistant was very thorough and friendly during the evaluation and explaining which procedure I will need. Will update after next appointment

Let me start of by saying I do not regret waiting the time it took me to get a soon appointment because the care and services I received from the staff and I mean everyone there completely amazed me on their work and care for me. From the minute I checked in till wat I can remember is that I felt comfortable to the max I was comforted to music of my choice and the anesthesiologist comforted and talked to me in a way where he explained it all wat he was doing why this is necessary and in a way u will BE COMFORTABLE AND LET ME L U I WAS NERVOUS WRECK JUST HIDING IT AND did I mention I was just released from the hospital with a swollen face and that did not stop them from proceeding they fixed my cist and it took no time i tell u guys this because I'm sure 8 EXTRACTIONS ARE scary to go thru but let me tell u I will never recommend anywhere else because of the best service and team really dedicated to your comfortableand getting you taken care of with no PAIN !! I MEAN NOOOO PAIN NOTJING HURT I PROMISE I stand by review forever thank you guys all of you especially my nurse that believed from day one that their office could help me special thanks to the dude that attended me from the 1st till the last appointment after being rejected from 3 other dentist specialist, I found help here im so grateful for ur staff all of them truly from the bottom of my heart!
