Had to have a fractured tooth removed yesterday. My back molar had a cracked root. I was so scared to have this procedure done. I took 1/4 mg of Xanax at home just to get me in their door haha. Anyways, all the office girls were so nice and welcoming. Dr Landa came in and talked to me before the procedure and put me at ease. Even offered twilight gas if I wanted but declined. I was moved to the room where they did this procedure. Never a fan of getting novacaine but had no choice. He gave me the shot without incident. I sat in the chair, blasted my headsets to Motown music, Al Green to be exact and relaxed. It seemed like I barely listened to two songs and Doctor was all finished. I didn't feel one bit of pain. His staff gave excellent follow up instructions and sent me on my way. Had a bit of discomfort that evening but took 400 mg of Motrin which helped. Would recommend this guy for sure. Thank You.

Had a very negative experience here during a consultation. Barely had any time with the doctor and had most of my concerns and questions dismissed and didn't feel like I was being taken seriously as a patient. In the short time I had with the doctor, a majority of it was spent on being sold on another unrelated oral surgery that I didn't come to the appointment for. I wouldn't come back here.

Raquel and Hilda were amazing! They had excellent customer service and I am no longer afraid of the dentist. I liked how Raquel showed and explained the pricing up front and appreciate how she was able to get me in asap for my procedure.

I HIGHLY recommend this team! Dr. Alexei Mizin was super cool, clear, straight forward from the initial consultation to the actual surgery when I had a tooth extracted. The entire staff, front desk, nurses and all were all very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was simple and quick and I didn't have much pain afterwards either. I'm not sure if that's because I got lucky or if it had to do with the doctor but regardless, I highly recommend this team for your oral surgery needs. I wish I could go here for all medical needs! The facility was very clean as well and they even had good music playing. 🙂

My experience with this office was all around negative. The staff, both nurses and doctors were cold and unsupportive of a nervous patient. They did not want to take the time to explain anything and made audible jokes about me wanting to ask the doctor questions before I went into surgery.

After the surgery I was having pain and the doctor was dismissive and told me “it will heal”. Went to urgent care 3 days later and the doctor put me on stronger antibiotics and told me that it was so severe that I may have to go to the hospital if the new meds didn’t help within 2 days.

Do not go here if you have anxiety about medical procedures. They do not care.
