I have been coming here for 4 years now since my dentist retired during the pandemic. I had been going to my other dentist since I was born so switching dentists was a traumatic experience in itself. I wanted to find a new dentist local to me and read countless reviews and finally found Mac Dental. I called and spoke to Alex who set up an appointment, went in and Alex was the best help ever. Alex made me feel welcome, reassured me about everything and, confirmed my insurance and took care of me. Alex is the best thing that that office has going for it because he is who really is the spokesperson for the office and takes care of all of the customers. The Doctors are all great and are very efficient. They work with you on budget and time and have been very honest with me about everything. I have never felt pressured into anything, and then Alex calls the insurance and works his magic getting t all approved and lets me know how much the final cost would be. Then we schedule the work. Thank you Mac Dental and especially Alex!

He runs the office so smoothly, juggling a million tasks while still making each patient feel valued and cared for. Dr. Ruben and Dr. Yang are absolutely incredible. They are both honest, thorough, and highly skilled in their work. I had such a great experience here—my dental work was handled professionally, and I felt in great hands every step of the way. Dr. Kim and the staff at his office are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about all of the topics and issues pertaining to patients teeth and how to correct their issues and they make you feel comfortable and secure that you’re in good hands. They reassure you that you’re being well taken care of and that makes one want to come back and refer them to any other people that are looking for dentists.

Wish I could’ve gave one star. I had an incredibly frustrating experience during my first visit
to this office. I had an appointment scheduled for 4 PM, but ended up waiting in the lobby for two hours and wasn’t seated until nearly 6 PM. I was very patient and tried to endure the long wait, but not once did anyone acknowledge my patience or thank me for waiting. I understand delays happen, but the complete lack of communication was unacceptable, and I had to cancel another important appointment because of it.

The staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. One of them even said, “Do you think I wanna be here?”—which is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of empathy. After I heard that, I decided to speak with the owner, but he showed no signs of understanding or concern for the fact that I had waited for two hours. His tone was just as disrespectful as his staff’s. Everyone seemed unprofessional and untrained.

The front desk staff was visibly unprepared and unhelpful. When I asked questions, the receptionist repeatedly said “I don’t know” without any effort to help me get answers. She just sat there, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. Overall, the experience was disorganized, disrespectful, and lacking in basic customer service. I won’t be coming back and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

GETS THE JOB DONE! Ive been going to them about 10 years now. I have no reason or want to go anywhere else. The team is really helpfull and tends to all of my needs with no complaints or attitude. The manager Alexander is awesome and kind and Dr. Ruben is my boy and knows his shit. Gas you out in a timely manner thats not rushed, very important. And Dianne super sweet great energy snd humor. This aint no fake review. Im a real person and client. Lol
