Horrendous experience.

They waited 9 months to let me know that my insurance was actually out of network all of this year, despite the fact that it was in network years prior, even though I checked everytime I came in and even had them confirm the prices of the work I had done.

Then they claimed it was my fault for not knowing that my insurance was all of a sudden not covered, and charged me for everything. They accepted no responsibility, with the lady on the phone saying she doesn’t know who checked me out at the beginning of the year, so maybe they should have notified me and just didn’t.

Had they informed that me I was carrying a balance at the beginning of the year, I would have known something was off and it would have been easy to cancel my insurance or find a dentist that accepted it, but I only found out today.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice.

I am very pleased with Dr Park-Cruz. I hadn't seen a dentist in over ten years. I went to her and she did a perfect job adding composite to protect 4 of my front tenth where gum line had receded and the dentin was exposed.

I recommended her to my wife. My wife had several very expensive procedures done by dentists near my home. Dr Park-Cruz performed similar work with superior results and at a more reasonable cost.

The attention to detail and care she gives is an understatement. She truly cares about the health of your teeth and mouth. My cleaning and exams were never rushed she answered all my questions and concerns. It’s going to be hard to find someone to replace her! 10/10 would recommend!

Hey there! I was looking offices and I have checked the reviews about Dr Jennifer, I went there and first I liked the enviroment in the office, it looked clean and professional. Then the staff was just getting the place and the dental assistant was pretty attentive and courteous with me. After letting know them my dental issue, I had my chance to meet Dr Jennifer and I told her inmediately I got there because of the reviews. When you are a professional and you like what you are doing a feedback is always welcome. So she checked my molar, and recommend a filling even she went above offering a night retainer that I never had before. She was very aware about my financial situation and she told me l don't need to pay a high coverage dental insurance as I was doing. Those things are very valuable if you are not going with your accounts high in numbers. She also is good with Spanish, she said she had a lot of latino patients. Anyways the results were amazing and I still have to go one more time to finish the job. So with my blinded eyes I can recommend this place and the Dr, she is an excellent professional. 5 stars. Dr Park is a class of her own when it comes to dentistry. She is 5 star on all counts. Very thorough, professional, honest and dedicated to serve your best interest. I have never sensed any pain and that is a first for me after having been treated by many dentists. Her staff is also great, patient and super helpful when it comes to appointment issues. I can't praise her practice highly enough.
