Their shopping cart is painful for putting kids to seat on it. It is always a big mess. Target and Marshal have similar prices and are way more organized. Ross dress the Mess.

Used the new fast check out lane. Got racially profiled…. The person in front me had three bags she only went through one and then me I have two bags and she took out every single item… there was only two of us at the check lane why not just pay attention to what we’re scanning instead of emabarassing people by going through every single thing. I went through there thinking it was faster but it wasn’t due to the two step process. What a joke.

I really like this store. I bought a stick that holds the cell phone and has a round lamp. It has good prices. The cashier Amanda helped me with my purchase. She was very nice to me.

I love this Ross location. I live much closer to other Ross stores in Orlando but I gladly pay tolls and travel 20 mins out of my way to go to this Winter Garden location. This particular store has a ton of unique merchandise, the shelves/racks are fully stocked and it's surprisingly organized. Homegoods and Marshalls are right next door so you can kill two birds with one stone on your next shopping trip. I highly recommend this Ross location.
