Only their coached employees give 5 stars. People who live here know it's all black and white and just an investment firm. My ac has been out for two days and no response from anyone! First work order for AC was on Thursday morning and second work order was submitted Friday morning. It's been over 48 hours. Nobody's in the office over here it is locked. Nobody is responding to the text messages that they leave on the answering machine. Just terrible, if you lived in hot home for two days you would be posting this also! Gables on Honoré does not have an active office for your needs and it's been like that for over two years! EMPTY BIG OFFICE and NO they are not there MOST of the time.

Parke East Apartments is the last place you want to live. You pay top prices for substandard living conditions. There is no order, everyone does as they please on this property. Their is no sense of security, everything is dirty and stinks. There's dog waste everywhere on the property, the pools are always green. They take equipment out of empty apartments to come fix your broken stuff. Their repairs are completely substandard. The rent goes up each year, yet their services go down. The gym has old broken equipment that is never serviced, not to mention missing equipment. The only time you hear from the administration is when the rent is due... I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing.... You can pay less and live better somewhere else.

I live at one of the apartment properties in Orlando. I have been without a working a/c for three weeks now. My 90 year old dad also lives in an apartment here and has been without a cooling a/c for the same amount of time. My dishwasher hasn't worked in two months and after several work order requests and complaints to the office manager it all remains the same. It's ridiculous, these are not fit living conditions. Especially for a 90 year old man. Yet the rent always gets paid on time even though it is 90 degrees in our apartments at 6 and 7pm every evening. What does it take to get this solved? I live at Parke East Apts. In Orlando. I took a photo of my thermostat to show the temperature inside the apartment. It was cooler outside at the time. 🤬

I am a tenant at Gables if Honore. My unit floods thru the walls, along the floorboards of @ 3/4 of the living room walls and up thru the grout in the tiles. I also believe water may be coming down thru the building in the kitchen. I am in the 11th month of trying to get management to address this problem. It is my understanding that they have been aware of this problem since the property was acquired in 2017. Every time the flooding occurs it is as if the issue is a surprise. I was told Vivian Gonzalez, a regional manager, would be in touch with me after December 3rd. I have yet to hear from her and left several messages on her voicemail. I have fulfilled my obligations as a tenant: paying my rent as due, following the community rules and being a considerate neighbor. For almost a year, I have been unable to move my furniture in because of this flooding. Instead of having a wonderful home, I have to worry about the possibility of mold and mildew in addition to water damage. I can not recommend this property owner.

I was a Prior Resident of Beneva Place Apartments, and at that time we had many happy neighbors! Wonderful Staff that were caring about their residents so
I recently sent a friend in to look at an apartment and she was greeted by what appeared to her to be VERY unhappy residents and just a cold feeling all around!! She said that..." Yes it may be beautiful on the outside, but the inners are UGLY. From staff to pricing and interior of apartments"
I was very saddened to hear this ... also embarrassed for sending her there!!!!
Not only do you pay for your rent ( which for having no clubhouse or business center , to all of the ridiculous rules, and no welcome area , you are paying the billing company to send you a rent bill , you are paying for water that isn't even used by your unit .
She was very confused about No laundry room, but they will supply a Washer/Dryer to you for $25.00 a month.
She told me of some lovely complexes that offer more for less. Examples: Water and Sewer are included in your rent ... 1st month free... Huge Exercise Room... Beautiful Clubhouse which is at your disposal when you need it ... Business Center ... Incredible Swimming Pools ... Covered Parking for Everyone, even some have garages and are Gated... And on and on and on...
Guess I won't be sending ANYONE that way again

I am currently renting at lake bridge apartments and it is incredibly disheartening to see how this property managed . My closet is destroyed by water damage and I’m unable to submit a maintenance request online or visit the office due to their general Mon-Sat hours when I work six days a week ! I am charged $30 a month on top of my rent for “valet trash” that spends two to three days pooling with maggots because your “valet” never shows up ! My rent was supposed to be $855 a month yet I find myself paying an astronomical $975 after all the hidden fees continuously added to my bill ! Week to week you see countless tenants finding themselves forced to break their lease and flee due to the slow economical increase to our rent without any added benefits !! It’s so sad to see that I was blinded by pictures of fountains and unfulfilled promises .

Was trying to reach regional manager a year ago
And di it so many times never answer.
It is easier to get an answer from Biden than a regional manager of Orlando.
Eric Sangster is a regional manager who not respond.
Cause I have seen a good review from him to his company. 🙂 lol maybe just give the respond ?

Is very sad that a person with disability can't even get reasonable accommodations without being retaliated against by your company, is sad that no one will even listen. Instead I was forced into a direction of having to obtain an atourney as a resident instead of someone in corporate listening to the truth first. Seems like your property managers only mask the truth to save their own jobs . I have to give the lowest rating for something like this. No one wanted to take legal action but only wanted to be heard. Is my right under federal law to have proper accommodations . Comes down to poor management . I can't even talk to your atourney bc the property manager won't even give us the atourney contact details. I wish I could had given a better rating. If the owner wants to do something then have someone contact me to talk about this instead of forcing us to go through the government's fair housing act . Property located at enclave on east largo fl .
