I was referred to Sierra Foothills Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to have a lower wisdom tooth pulled. The office staff was very welcoming and very professional. Fred, was the dental assistant assigned to me and he was very attentive, professional and personable. I felt I was in good hands with him helping me. Dr. Christensen was very professional and I felt comfortable with him handling the extraction. He explained everything thoroughly and the extraction was done with precision. It was amazing how well the procedure went. I have had vertigo before and had another episode right as I tried to leave the office. Fred, Dr. Christensen and the entire staff was very helpful and attentive to me until I was able to leave the office. I hope to never need their services again, but I would not hesitate to return for other dental work. I recommend Sierra Foothills Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to everyone.

Got all four wisdom teeth extracted and it was a non-stressful experience! I was nervous to have this done as it was my first time being out under anesthesia but everyone was super friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure, explaining it thoroughly so I was confident. I don’t remember the after haha but my mom said the staff was incredibly kind, so thank you!!!

I had all my wisdom teeth and a top second molar pulled today. I have terrible anxiety of getting dental work done. I wanted to be knocked out for it all but due to a heart condition I couldn't be completely. I was thankful for how cautious and caring Dr. Amir Nojoumi was for my condition and making me as comfortable as possible at the same time today. They opted for IV anesthesia that knocked me out just enough not to be fully aware but I was still awake and was aware at certain times. I didn't feel anything super painful nor did I have any anxiety what so ever once I sat in the dental chair. At one point I even remember a tech rubbing my head and telling me I was doing good and to close my eyes that it was okay when I felt a little discomfort of pulling. I felt cared for and felt like no one was rushing which I always have felt that way with dental work no matter the type work being done at other offices in the area. I have very minimal pain right now tonight at 10pm and I'm hoping they did so amazing that it stays that way. And I have a very low pain tolerance so that says something about the great work they do. Everyone had compassion, understanding, and was easy going/helpful throughout this whole process. Dr. Amir Nojoumi answered all my questions til I was comfortable enough to do the procedure at my consultation and was just as helpful today before starting the surgery. He is the best oral surgeon you can find in the Sacramento area. I honestly would be comfortable with any of the staff at this office. If I could give 10 stars I would! The pricing if you don't have insurance wasn't bad at all compared to other places in the area. Thank you to Dr. Amir Nojoumi and the rest of the staff for making this fear of mine such a wonderful experience!

I cannot recommend Dr Christensen enough. I had my wisdom teeth pulled years ago and had a wonderful experience. When my brother needed his pulled, we tried using his insurance and went to Western Dental down the street where we were lied to and told that his teeth weren't able to be pulled. I then told my brother to pay out of pocket and go see Dr Christensen and he had a GREAT EXPERIENCE, from the consultation to the surgery to results, everything went great! THANK YOU DR CHRISTENSEN for being an awesome surgeon.

I came here for a consult today to discuss a potential implant. Wasn’t to be as the space wasn’t big enough, etc, etc but I was impressed by Dr. Christensen and his depth of knowledge. His staff were excellent as well.

Dr. Christensen took his time to explain my options, recommended what he thought was best for me (not necessarily his bottom line) and made me feel at ease throughout.

Dental work can often be overwhelming and I know if I ever need work along these lines — I’ll be coming back because Dr. Christensen and his staff are knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed.

The most pleasant experience that I've had while undergoing a medical procedure. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and from start to finish, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, transparent, and entertaining. Fred is extremely funny and trustworthy; if you're in any sort of tentative mindset, you'll undoubtedly be put at ease. Dr. Hill is very amicable and professional, who knows exactly how to do his job correctly. Huge thanks to the entire staff as well, that's a very special group they have.

I was soo nervous to go it and get my wisdom teeth out, because I have never been out before and was not looking forward to the recovery at all. This office was amazing, very friendly staff made me feel extremely comfortable, and the surgeon did an amazing job. The recovery is going great, I have absolutely no swelling and was out and about by the end of the day. Thank you for taking such a great care of me!
