Dr Beckley and his staff are tremendous. He is kind and very professional. His professionalism and knowledge plus his mannerism makes you feel as if you are in very good hands with nothing to worry about. My personal experience with Pacific Oral was amazing. They helped me feel comfortable, which is paramount considering my intense fear of the dentist. Had my first phase of oral surgery at this office on Saturday, and had an amazing experience. Obviously not a procedure I was excited about, but I was in so much pain and needed it desperately. They got me in right away, on a weekend which was incredibly helpful for my work situation. I dealt with Erika in the front office, and she was so personable and great. Dr Beckley was awesome, so gentle and efficient. His assistant Janelle was the perfect balance of sweet and knowledgeable, She was able to put me at ease immediately. If every oral surgeon was like Dr Beckley, nobody would use the expression “like pulling teeth” anymore . I truly appreciate this entire office!

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Dr Beckley and his staff! It’s nerve-racking to have a tooth removed and then prepped for implant, including a bone graft and IV sedation. I was pretty nervous. The staff is so kind and professional and the minute I walked in I felt myself relax. They went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. ( compete with a comfy blanket!). Dr Beckley has amazing bedside manner and kept me calm and comfortable. The procedure itself was a BREEZE, and I am in very minimal pain after. They even called to check in on me tonight. This is a great practice and worth every penny. Can’t recommend them enough!

My personal experience on the first visit was great, very friendly and welcoming staff. they explained all the process step by step, my concern is that having dental insurance I must pay directly to Pacific Oral Surgery, then wait for the insurance to pay me back. No point of paying dental insurance.

Recently, my daughter underwent a complex tooth extraction under general anesthesia, and the experience was seamless. His staff is professional, courteous, and highly organized, delivering top-notch customer service. The mobile anesthesiologist also did an excellent job explaining post-op instructions, and the entire team was well-prepared.
