Although the staff and surgeon were very nice and knowledgeable. I was referred to them from my dentist. They gave me pricing with insurance applied over the phone but come to find out after they saw me, which is the most upsetting part, they actually didn’t accept my insurance. Even though after speaking with them on the phone I was under the impression they did. Why would I be seen if they knew my insurance was out of network. All in all I spent $150 for me to just go somewhere that actually accepted my insurance. Seems like a cash grab to me. Very disappointing.

Dr. Grace Le was my Orthodontist Surgeon 10 years ago and she was great. Dr Le is very understanding, patient, and explains everything in layman terms so it’s day to know everything that’s going on. And here it is 10 years later and I would not have anyone else correct my broken teeth and do bone grafting than her.

Having dental surgery is generally not something you look forward to. But Dr. Chiang and his entire staff makes it feel like you’re visiting long-time friends, even on your first visit. They’re friendly, welcoming, and makes the experience easy peasy. My procedure was at 10 am, took very little time and I was on my way home. At 6 pm I was still pain free. I most definitely recommend Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

This was my first time at valley oral surgery and it was the most pleasant dental visit ever! I was greeted right away. After I finished filling the paperwork out I waited less than 2 minutes before they brought me to the back where Brianna talked it up and joked with me and made me feel so comfortable!!! Dr Chang was also very nice I'm very informational and easy to understand. My experience there was so refreshing. I feel much better about having my surgery there. Thank you guys !!

Update! Had my surgery and it was amazing!! When I woke I expected to have chapped lips and sore mouth sides but NOPE! Not only did I come out of that surgery great but the after care was even better! I thought I had gotten dry socket so I called the emergency hotline. They gave me an answer right away. But told me if I want to go in still just to get reassured I could. Well I did. They checked me out the next morning. No dry socket AND they didn't even charge me. I then had my standard follow up appointment as well. Whick I'm sure you guessed went just as well. SERIOUSLY a hidden gem in the dental world. Thank you thank you thank you so much Valley Oral. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
