Visit to the dentist, Dr. Kachele was STELLAR!!!
'In December I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kachele for a dental procedure, the experience was the top of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an attentive staff that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kachele's approach to dental care is highly professional, and the care with which he and his assistant conducted the procedure was impressive. My visit was without stress and pain-free . Dr. Kachele and team has a way of making everything feel easy and worry-free. The level of expertise and attention to detail during the procedure assured me that I was still in the best hands after seeing him for the 1st time 27 years ago.The atmosphere of the clinic contributed to a great experience. Patient comfort and satisfaction are top priorities for Dr. Kachele and his team. The professionalism and warmth of everyone truly assured me that I was a patient and not a number.This positive experience, made me feel like family. Thanks for 8 crowns & a new smile!

One year ago in May 2023 Dr Kachele put on a new crown and had to do a core buildup. The temporary crown fell off in five days, which I had to go back and have reglued on.He then placed the permanent crown. Which was terribly uncomfortable I had pressure and cold sensitivity, I could feel the edge of the open crown margin with my tongue. I went and had second and third opinions and exams. They both agreed that the margin was open and it was very possible for decay. It was recommended the crown be removed immediately and prepped for a new crown placement.. I went back to Dr Kachele with this information, and he still insisted there was nothing wrong with it. He offered to sand down the edge of the open margin.🤷‍♂️ seriously!! then I would have a crown that’s too short and sanded down. Dr Kachele told me he wanted to make it right. . Dr Kachele offered to put on a new crown , or refund my money. I went to his office to pick up the check which I refused. I did not feel the amount was sufficient for the time that I spent Going back-and-forth to his office (I believe around six times ) paying for two other exams and having to have a new crown put on, which I did in December 2023..
Needless to say, this was an awful experience, the anxiety it caused me was terrible.

Thank God for Dr. Kachele!
My son was at a wrestling tournament in Holtville on a Saturday.On his last match as he reaches for his opponent, he bumps his mouth on his opponent’s head. His tooth flys out and blood all over the mat. I called Jennifer not knowing what to do. She then told me that she spoke to Dr. Kachele and he will meet us at his office . We drove 2 hours back and Dr. Kachele, Susan and Jennifer were ready waiting for my son. Two hours later they had put pack his tooth and fixed the other teeth and added stitches to his lip. Please know Dr. Kachele genuinely cares for his patient's well being. He is the BEST and will not go anywhere else. Thank you Jennifer, Susan and Dr. Kachele for being there for my family.

Very professional and great dental care. If your current dentist keeps insisting on yet another procedure, you need to go to Dr. Kachelle. I just had the best crown replacement experience ever!

Dr. Kachele is not good at providing a pain free experience, was told, did not pay attention. Staff failed at insurance billing. Paid cash upfront then insurance never properly billed.
