This is a decent dentist, but be prepared to wait an hour before you see the Dentist. She is only in this office 2x a week as well so it’s very hard to make an appointment.
She tries to see everyone at the same time while she’s here so you’ll be waiting an hour while she makes her rounds.

Also, had to call a few times to make an appointment as they don’t check their answering machine.

Other than that, the dental work has been good so far! I had a filling & porcelain overlay done. The filling chipped but they fixed it right away.

I just hate sitting here for hours waiting..
They can schedule the appointments better.
I’m literally in the chair waiting still while I write this.. because I have nothing else to do.

My appointment was at 1030 am & I was done at 12:10. The dentist spent about 35 mins with me & the rest of the time was just waiting while she was seeing multiple customers.

Looking for a new dentist after this, because my time is valuable too. I understand some dentist see multiple people at once, but over a 30 minute wait is where I draw the line.

UPDATE
After seeing the Drs response to my post, I felt I should share that Dr Gabriela actually emailed me & asked me to TAKE DOWN this review which I thought was super awkward, esp because I had to go in & fix my bite the next day.. which I still feel it’s off but might just have to take the L & go to a new dentist because I feel awkward going back at this point… so I removed 1 star

I told Dr Gabriela that this was not my first experience with a long wait & said sorry but this was an “honest” review.

Also I did NOT have an emergency appointment like the response says & I was only promptly seen & accommodated AFTER the dentist saw this review & wanted me to take it down. I just had a bite adjustment which was what she was doing with my porcelain overlay to begin with & she did not finish it because she wanted my numbness to wear off first (even after I said my bite was off).

I can say AFTER this review,
I was in & out of there in 10 mins for my bite adjustment!

I've been going here for several years now. When my dad complained about a tooth problem and that his dentist just up and closed, I made him an appointment here. The dental hygienist, Gustavo, was particularly amazing. He took great care with my father, the x-rays, the cleaning, everything. GREAT JOB. And as always, Dr. Gabby was perfect. Thank you.

Came here with a referral for extractions for my son, the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful, professional & compassionate. Dr. Gabriela Duraes took care of my son and I could not have been happier with the experience at this office! 12/10, I went back myself and I was very happy, if you are in the area and looking for dental care, look no further, this team is AMAZING!

Worst service- made a new patient appt and gave insurance info two weeks prior. When i got there, apparently they never worked out anything with the insurance and told me to reschedule. Really bad service. Insurance info should all be dealt with ahead of time. I have PPO and it shouldn’t have mattered but it is their responsibility to ran the insurance before I commute.
