I'll just start this review off by saying, GRATEFUL!

The entire staff I've encountered within a 3-day period has been exceeded my expectation of any dental office. I was a standard walk-in with a lot of pain, and I was seen immediately. Dr. Cabrera treated me as if I've been a client for years. That's the heart of a real caretaker. Having to go back for additional follow-ups (from the initial pain) Dr. Cabrera listened and gave as much insight and perspective as they could without disregarding my interests. The dental assistants and the front office have been wonderful as well. With just a simple follow-up call to see how I'm doing (currently waiting for approval from insurance to continue treatment) that goes above and beyond standard customer service. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist and/or a new dentist. From a treatment standpoint, I'm giving them a 10/10.

Again, thank you so much Dr. Cabrera and the entire staff of New Smile Dental for the exceptional treatment. Looking forward to returning in the next few weeks. Thank you.

I have been coming here for 18 years, after the third dentist change, I’m over it, I came in on 2/14/24 and expressed that a filling of mine had broken, and that I would like it replaced, they said no cavities, and did a cleaning and I was good to go. And they left pumice from the prophy paste in my mouth after I kept asking to be rinsed more. As I was teaching someone how to take X-rays I noticed that the same concerns I have, I called SPECIFICALLY to have the filling taken care of, and I was only seen for them to say i needed to come back another day when I said that I needed it taken care of same day. And then they tell me they can’t do it same day? Even though that’s what I was scheduled for Why wouldn’t you schedule me for treatment when I specifically asked to be scheduled for treatment? And don’t respond with the whole “well a doctor needs to diagnose it” when you clearly didn’t even diagnose it prior when I had mentioned it and even had to press a little harder for you to acknowledge a broken filling. How is this not something you’d acknowledge especially after looking allegedly super hard, and adding it to the treatment plan because I had to press about it.

Second star is for Idalia, the only reason worth even coming here is because she’s a very nice woman.

Dr Cabrera and his staff are the dream team! From beginning to end,the whole process of scheduling my appt to getting my procedure done was great! I live in OC and I come all the way to LE to be seen here because it’s worth it!

Dr Jorge Cabrera is the best of the best. My kids are autistic with combative behaviors. He is able adapt to their needs and make their teeth clean. I appreciate the all staff for making my kids love the dentist again. We followed him from Hemet to Lake Elsinore when he got his own practice. My kids won’t let anyone else touch their mouth/teeth. He even cleans my teeth. Much love and many smiles from the LaZarrus Household.

I came to Dr. Cabrera following an awful experience with my local dentist who had proposed a costly $1,500 procedure!! Seeking a second opinion, I visited Dr. Cabrera. His staff were professional, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Cabrera was thorough in his work and provided treatment recommendations that were notably more reasonable. Most importantly, he empowered me with multiple options and took a collaborative approach to decision-making regarding my health. I left feeling like I can trust Dr. Cabrera and that he has my best interests in mind. I will definitely return. And I highly recommend you visit Dr. Cabrera if you are looking for a dentist that is trustworthy and an expert in his field.

Cabrera Botched my 3 front teeth and refused to correct it- women who work there are calling non listening hens very rude not workable they act all nice and all about money not about helping people for quality service disgusting and they have a homeless person sleeping in front of the place daily it’s gross false advertising not smile dentist it’s frown dentist

New recent owner has really stepped up their game. Dr. Cabrera was knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. Made the whole experience of getting my deep cleaning a joy. Highly recommend this place

A true professional that knows and understands his patients (of all ages). Dr. Cabrera’s approach is like no other. It’s so nice to see a dentist that makes children feel comfortable and at ease. He is also very thorough in his work, and it shows. I highly recommend you try this place out. You will not be disappointed.
