E J Dental Lake Elsinore office is fantastic! They are very caring and professional. I feel blessed to have found a family dental office where I can bring my husband and children. I recommend this office and Dr. Juarez to all friends and family. Dr. Juarez dedication is tenacious and so skilled, I only book appointments with her. Abby is always happy to help and because of her cheerful disposition, the office is full of people smiling and the ambiance is so relaxing. Abby is so helpful and everything runs so smoothly here. Sarahi and Emily work with insurance and ensure that you get the best care with high quality results. The turn around time is so quick. E J Dental, Lake Elsinore, is fluent in English and Spanish. Abby and Josh truly care about dental heath; preservation of teeth and aesthetically I cannot say enough! Josh is very accommodating and always offers to turn on the TV in each private room. I walked in embarrassed because of how much work I needed and they took the time to explain everything they did; while being caring and kind. The equipment is top of the line from X-Rays to dental tools and this is the most hygienic office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is very knowledgeable about maintaining the beautiful smile that they help create! This is definitely the only office I would trust with my teeth and health.

Upon walking in to the office I was immediately greeted and assisted by the ladies in the front. When I was taken back the team did an awesome job at explaining my treatment and answered all my questions. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while since I get anxious so, coming into a new environment that left a great impression has been like a breath of fresh air. I strongly recommend this office.

Anyone who cares about their dental health should avoid this dentist office. I experienced poor dental work, which even the owner of this dental office acknowledged, but no resolution was offered for the issues caused by their dentist other than going under the same bad hands that did bad work on 100% of the teeth he worked on. After multiple attempts to follow up, I personally visited the office to ask why there had been no response, only to be asked to leave. While the staff may initially seem nice and accommodating, once you undergo treatment, you’re likely to face substandard workmanship and pain beyond what’s normal. In my case, they botched two fillings and two crowns. On top of that, the office coordinator failed to submit a simple authorization request for gum treatment, which their orthodontist recommended back in July. I check with my insurance a month later no request was sent, now it’s October and the insurance company still hadn’t received it, despite the dental office falsely claiming it had been sent.

My experience with Vianney, the dental assistant, was outstanding. I have clear braces, and not everyone is skilled in adjusting the bands, but Vianney handled it with ease. She was incredibly gentle, ensuring there was no discomfort to my teeth or gums—something I’ve sometimes experienced with other assistants. Vianney also took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. I hope she remains at this location, as she brings such care and expertise to her work.

First visit today and it was an excellent experience specifically w Rosa’s help. Upon our first questions she was patient, gave thorough explanations, kind demeanor and was knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of how she treated my mom as she was very nervous going to the dentist. Rosa made her feel comfortable and explained everything so that she was able to understand the procedure needed. Thanks Rosa for being so nice and caring!!. Great, kind staff and clean. I recommend this place 100%
