I am so glad I finally found an honest dentist!!! Dr. Johnson was very friendly and did not tell me I needed the deep scale cleanings like the other dentists have told me.... the hygienist also stated I did not need the expensive treatments the other dentists said I needed.
The office staff was also so helpful with filing paperwork I needed to submit....they just did it for me and then gave me a copy
Thank you Elementary Smiles....I have been looking for an honest dentist for years.

If you are a teacher, work with the school district or is a Military family don't come here! I will not set another foot here, Dr. Johnstone is very nice and friendly, but her staff Suzanne is a terrible person. She made racist comments to my husband that offended him and walked out. I will not go on about what was said, I will say that it had nothing to do with hygiene, more of appearance. I spoke to Dr. Johnstone, clearly many patients ask to be switched to to other hygienist because it's not the first time she offends patients. I feel that if you have no etiquette to treat others with respect maybe Suzanne should not be in this field. please don't come here, although Dr. Johnstone is great, her hygienist is a inconsiderable to patients.

As someone that has anxiety when it comes to the dentist, I would highly recommend Dr Johnston and her staff. They are all kind and compassionate. I was greeted the moment I stepped into the office. Everything was explained in detail and they always made sure to ask if I had any questions. Suzanne was warm and friendly and made a routine cleaning a breeze. I would highly recommend.

I will never set foot in this office again. The dentist was nice, but the customer service over a bill I should not have received was unbelievably rude and patronizing. I was hung up on by "Cheryl" and had to have the insurance company call in an attempt to straighten it out. Great way to treat customers.
