Do not come here! Every since covid, they have endlessly changed my appointment dates and never try to understand that I have a strict schedule. Their customer service greatly declined from a 10 to a 2. Wait times are ridiculous, often 1 hour past appointment time. I do not understand why they tend to overbook their clients. My significant other had his braces taken off a month ago, and we had to call in a month later to verify that his retainers arrived. We would call and they would say they would call back in a hour - but it turns to 5 hours later. The front counter receptionists are rude and give attitude over the phone. Their excuse for not notifying the retainer arrival was because there wasn't a note placed on the retainer to call the patient. What?! A patient just had their braces taken off and it is not priority to notify them for pick up? Their hours have changed to 3 days a week when it used to be 5 days a week. It gives very little leeway for people who work or go to school. I can say we are never coming back to this establishment, and I recommend going to other dental companies in the area who will provide better service.

Very professional dentist facility. Easy to schedule or reschedule appointments. Dentists are very nice and caring. My go-to dental office for 10+ years. Overall great dental office specializing in multiple practices. My teeth are always looking good after my appointment:)
