Review for Dr. McWalters – Excellent First Visit!

I had my first visit to Dr. McWalters’ office, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. McWalters was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The entire appointment was smooth, on time and efficient.

I've only had one appointment with Dr. McWalters, but I'm already in love with everyone on his staff especially Krista, the Office Manager. I had an issue with an oral surgeon and conflicting information about my insurance. I walked into Dr. McWalters office without an appointment and Krista couldn't have been nicer. She called another oral surgeon, got insurance information and an estimate of the procedure that needed to be done. She went out of her way to get all the information I needed and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Dr. McWalters and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist in Menifee and surrounding areas!

My experience with Dr. McWalters was great. Krista, his office manager, was very kind and a wealth of information. She gave me accurate information with how much my dental work would cost. Suzanne, the Hygienist, was also very kind, and she had great techniques to help me not gag when taking the x-rays. Dr. McWalters was very kind and he listened to my concerns and the reason why I did not see the dentist in years. He told me the work that I needed (which was fillings on both sides). My insurance paid for most, and my portion was reasonable. They made sure that I was numb and did not feel any pain. They also told me how my mouth would feel when it was numb. The whole staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. McWalter and his staff for your dental needs. If one had issues with past dentists, like I did, Dr. McWalters and his staff would help renew your confidence when it comes to seeing the dentist. I'm so happy that I have a new dentist that is close to home.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. First, Tammy went out of her way to clarify my insurance information with my insurance company. She gave me a quote for that was reasonable. And there were no surprise expenses after I got there. All office staff were professional, courteous and thorough. My exam X-rays and cleaning were as pain free as possible. Dr McWalters didn’t try to sell me on additional work that I didn’t need like other offices. After going through terrible experiences at three other local dental offices, this office was a breath of fresh air.
