I have been going to this office now about 6 years, Dr Hoang is very personable and a great dentist! I get my teeth cleaned by their Hygienist every 6 months which makes my teeth feel better and smooth. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them! Greg S.

10/10 recommend! I have had such an incredible experience with Creekside Dental office! Everyone from reception, management, to the doctors has been kind, patient, efficient, and effective. I am able to get my cleaning, fillings, root canals, and wisdom teeth extracted all in the same office, which is such a HUGE relief! They accept Medi-cal dental, and have many options for financing available. I will recommend them to friends and family, so you should feel comfortable scheduling your dental work with them. You are in good hands at creekside dental.

Went in for a couple fillings today. Was taken back and sat down to see the hygienist “Kat” who was very unpleasant immediately, and as I sat I noticed she was setting the entire “sterile” table without wearing gloves….putting on the drill pieces and the plastic ends that are attached to the instruments literally with her bare hands. These pieces go into the mouth. This is completely against code and how people get infections. Not to mention lazy and unprofessional…but when I politely asked the dentist if they’re supposed to set up without gloves and informed him of her doing so, he said they’re supposed to wear gloves and said he will have all set up redone…she walked back in room during this conversation and laughed…she was so extremely rude. Why am I being mistreated by someone who chose not to do their job appropriately? I wasn’t going to write a bad review and was willing to give another chance after speaking to the office manager in the front who assured me they would flag my file not to get the same hygienist again and apologized for the situation. I left the office and as I got to car I realized I forgot my personal water cup…when I went back in the grab it (literally 1 min after walking out) they were laughing about the whole ordeal as if I was crazy for being disgusted over it.
So I will be contacting the health department and highly suggest using a different dentist. They clearly don’t follow code. And I didn’t allow them to do any work in my mouth! I got up and left when I saw how unprofessional they were over me asking about wearing gloves.

I do not like writing negative reviews but Dr. Tanioka and his office, Creekside Dental, have so disappointed me I feel compelled. The very first time I went to this office they charged me for a fluoride treatment that was never done, authorized or revealed . Subsequent visits also resulted in unjustified charges. The charge that upset me the most was for a crown that was done, but according to my insurance company, should have been covered in its entirety by my insurance. The office charged me $336. I contacted my insurance company and was told that Dr. Tanioka had submitted the wrong codes. They also told me he charged me for a peridontal cleaning which was never done. Over 8 months I repeatedly asked the office to straighten this out with the insurance company. They never did. When the insurance company reached out to the office and asked them to change the wrong codes they refused. The insurance company told me that they believe the office is involved in fraudulent behaviors and is in the process of investigating. Besides everything else, I found this office unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. By the way, the crown they installed fell off within 1 day. I highly recommend finding another reputable dental office.

Creekside Dental is without a doubt the best dental and orthodontics office I’ve ever visited. Everyone is incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough in their work. It is evident that the dentists and orthodontists at Creekside will not hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure that each procedure is completed to perfection. Unlike other offices in the area, I’ve never felt rushed at Creekside. During my root canal, the ortho took the time to explain every step of the procedure and not one individual hesitated to answer any questions I had. Everyone at Creekside displays professionalism and demonstrates a work ethic that promotes open communication as well as respect among employees. I will happily be returning to Creekside for my next checkup.

To my favorite dentist hygienist, Mona. Thank you for giving me my smile back! Mona, is the best hygienist and Creekside Dental has a great team of family and staff. They are all top of the line professionals, with superb workmanship, artistry and state of the art equipment. The dentist and his staff are amazing; friendly, positive environment and very welcoming.
This is by far one of the best Dental Office that I've had the pleasure of of going too. Their work is exceptional and I am very pleased with all the work that has been done and myself and (3) kids.! I highly recommend Creekside Dental to anyone in need of a great dentist. Technology wise, they're fully equipped with the latest to make your smile a whole lot brighter! They entire staff is very caring, compassionate, and patient with a desire to make every happy with their results. Mona is also very good with children, and has a way of making them calm and relaxed. She will always be my dentist hygienist. If you need quality work, at an affordable price, then you need to call Creekside Dental offices and set up an appointment. You will thank God you did.
